Ugh...why do I have to go to school!?

Y/N spoke as she got up from her bed, starting her first day of school in her new town. She had recently moved to this new neighborhood with her family, much to her dismay. It was hard leaving behind her friends, her memories, and so much more.

She felt like she didn't know what was going to happen.

Y/N opens her closet, revealing her familiar sort of clothing. She chooses a purple shirt with black jeans, followed by black boots. She looked at herself in the mirror and showed a fake smile.

"I hope this day turns okay..." She whispered. She brushed her tangly hair and got all of her belongings, heading downstairs. "Hey, sweetheart! Are you ready for school?" Y/N's mom spoke, smiling at her. Y/N silently rolled her eyes and spoke, faking every word, "Yea! I suppose. I meet someone new!" Her mom then looked at her and smiled, "Honey, it's gonna be okay. You know I love you." Her mom hugged her daughter as Y/N packed a lunch and headed out to school, walking to school.

As she walked, she noticed that her neighborhood was different than when she first saw it. It didn't seem that normal either. Rather shady if we are being honest. A few minutes later and she approached the school, seeing that it was called, "Skool."

"Yep. Defiantly not weird at all." Y/N thought as she made her way through the doors and into the office, getting her schedule from the principal and making her way to her first class.

Doomology - Ms. Bitters

"That woman sounds like the nicest person in the world." Y/N thought once more. She was very tired and wanted this day to be over already. As she made her way toward the class, she opened the door and all of the students looked at her, especially two specific-looking ones.

The teacher who was supposedly Ms. Bitters groaned as she saw you. "Class! This is the newest victim we have in our class. Her name is Y/N. Please quickly introduce yourself because, after this moment, I don't wanna hear another sound from you!" The woman spoke rudely. The student sighed as she closed the door and made her way to the front of the class, ready to introduce herself.

"Hello, friends. I'm Y/N. I recently moved here, and I hope to make a friend or two." Y/N smiled as she made her way to an empty desk that lay in front of the class next to two students. One of those students happened to have quite a big head.

As soon as she sat down, The teacher seemed to ramble on about how we were all doomed. It got boring quickly and soon, Y/N started to become very unfocused, until she felt someone tap her shoulder.

"Hey. You're Y/N, right?" She turned to her left and saw the big-headed boy. She nodded and smiled. "Well, believe me, or not, there's an alien in this class! He's the green-skinned boy that's on the other end!" The black-haired boy shouted as he pointed to a student in which she looked for him.

And she was defiantly weirded out.

The student had black hair and purple eyes. Had alarmingly green skin, and worse, a very strange attire she had never seen before in her life. What the girl didn't realize was that the boy was looking at her, making her advert her eyes quickly back to the boy she was speaking to.

"Wow...nobody realizes that he's an alien...? But then again, he might just have a skin problem!" Y/N responded to him. The boy seemed happy, but then his face saddened at the end of the sentence. "Believe me! I have evidence that Zim is an ALIEN!" The boy spoke, determined. She now knew the green-skinned boy's name.

Zim was quite a strange name too, which made her think that he was supernatural. "Maybe. What's your name? I didn't catch it." Y/N spoke back. The boy gleamed and smiled, "It's Dib. I'm so glad someone is believing me for once!" The kid named Dib seemed euphoric that someone believed him. The truth was, she did believe Dib, in some way. Again, the signs can be clear that Zim is an alien. But maybe Zim is just different than your average person.

But what made it more weird was that nobody seemed to care that he had only three fingers, no ears, or even a nose. Now she was beginning to question if this year was bound to be crazy or not.

Little did Y/N know, the green boy named Zim kept looking at her, focused intently on her. No human worm baby has made him feel this way before! And he certainly didn't like that she was talking to his arch-nemesis.
