Chapter 10

Who had there  Hands a bit too full with different stories. I'm going to try to do continue this story to there standerd.

Dukes pov
It's been roughly 4 months since the court date and I don't hate le but I find him an irritation. He's always whining for dads attention and whenever he has the smallest of nightmares he suddenly is screaming at the top of his lungs bloody murder at 4 in the morning. Dad hardly ever leaves his side and ignores us most of the time.

Why can't he just shut up and fit in like the rest of us.

I like him sure but he's clingy. We've never had a clingy, whiny family member.

Ainle on the other hand loves us.. We are the best people in the world to him. His role models, his protectors, his big brothers. But for once could he just shut his mouth and understand that he's still not our full brother. Not our brother by blood.

Right now I'm trying to watch the rugby. Both Leo and Emory don't like rugby so they've gone out to meet with friends/ girlfriends while dads gone out with some girl. Ainle ok the other hand is rolling around on the floor squealing while spice was chasing him and licking his face. It's cute sure for the first 5 minutes but now it's just annoying.

"Spice, spice come here girl" she didn't move. What? That's ridiculous she always obeys me. "Spice. Come on nock it of" was she going deaf?
"Spice!" Fine I'll have to do it the hard way. I grabbed her of from on top of le and put her outside. It's a sunny day she'll survive.

As I turned back le was sitting were I had been sitting and chanced the channel to popeye. I wish that stupid doctor had never shown him this stupid show.

"Hey le I was watching okay pass over the remote. You've already seen this episode like 300 times"

"Can't I just finish this episode"

"No Ainle. He has spinach, gets stronger you happy. Now change back" he didn't move. Fine he's going outside with the dog. I pick up the little bastard in my hands and drop him outside with the dog. There's no protests or screening he just sits there staring at the garden.

Great let me guess I've missed some of the best points of the game.
"You little brat" I yelled. I can't believe dad makes us nice to him all the time. Like if he's being a brat then I'm going to have a go at him. Same with my other brothers I'm not going to treat him differently because his mum is even more of a bastard.

I hear the door unlock and the voice of my Emory and his girlfriend walk through the door. He takes ones look at the rugby, makes a disgusted face and dragged his girlfriend upstairs. He's been with her 3 weeks and I still don't know her name.

At least Emory knew not to just change the channel without asking.

My phone pinged and as I checked I realized it was dad and he was going to be home in 5 minutes. I wonder how his date went. I hope he doesn't bring anymore brats back home I can't handle 2.

But then again dad loves le like another child. Sometimes I feel like he loves ainle more than us. So what were annoying but we're your blood children and what, this abused puppy walks in and suddenly its more loved.

The door opens again and dad walks in his face completely red almost like he was embarrassed. Crap ainles outside. Soon his face is going to be red with anger.

"Hey dad."

"Hey Duke, were's ainle?"

"He's outside playing with spice. How was your date?"

"It wasn't a date it was just a doctors appointment."

"Dad I can tell when you've met someone you like. Or loooove. You know we're okay with it as long as you don't bring home any more kids."

"Were's ainle? I thought he'd be watching popeye by now."

"He's outside. He was being so annoying by just touching things without asking so he's outside playing with the dog"

"What!? You can't just treat him like the dog! Your meant to treat him like family because he is family. your grounded for a week. Do not leave this house"

"Right okay I'm going to go and meet up with friends and there's nothing you can do about it." I walked out of the house making an effort to slam the door. One day dads finally gonna understand that we're more important.

Johns pov
One day the boys have got to learn that ainle needs that extra but if care. I spend a bit more time with ainle because he's young and damaged but my boys are a lot older and independent. Duke especially needs to learn to treat le like a brother or at least a human.

I find ainle outside playing with spice. Spice also seems to understand the young boys need for attention. I wonder if ainle ever had pets. Sarah never mentioned anything about his life really. She still thought that everything she had done was right or justified. Some people are just insane

"Hey ainle buddy. What are you doing out here?"

"Duke got angry because I changed de channel but it's okay because he put me out her with spice" he started giggling as spice kicked his face. He is so precious.

"Okay well do you want to go back inside?" He looked thoughtful for a moment before nodding his head. Duke is going to be grounded for a week when he comes back home.

I've been through some of the requests from the last chapter of the old book and I've decided to incorporate some of those ideas in later chapters.
