Justin's POV
I was pulled away from my beloved Anastasia to talk about my company. That's why I hate coming to these things. I can never get a moment to think about something other than money. Matthew was going on and on about some bullshit that I didn't even care about. All my focus was on Anastasia. She's bent over slightly at the bar drinking her white wine. God, her ass looks amazing in that dress. All I wanted to do was bend her over and fuck her senseless. Kiss that beautiful golden skin of hers, take in her intoxicating scent, that sweet taste.
I shook my head softly, I gotta stop thinking about her like that before I get hard in the middle of this event. But I couldn't help, everything about her turned me on. From her lips to her laugh, she was just the most amazing creature I ever met.
I kept nodding my head mindlessly to whatever the hell Matthew was saying, praying it was nothing important. I took the last sip of my wine when I noticed a man had put his hand on Ana's lower back. My body became stiff as I couldn't see the persons face. I excused myself from the conversation and damn near ran over to her. She was laughing with the mystery man. I cleared my throat and they both turned around.
"Speak of the devil, here he is."
"Hello, Danial. Great event you put together," I snaked my arm around Ana's waist and pull her closer to me.
"See, I told you Ana, the minute he saw you with me, he would freak out and become protective," he laughed.
I rolled my eyes at the two who seemed like the just heard the funniest joke in the world. I grabbed Ana's drink and placed it on the bar. "If you'll excuse us, I would like to dance with my date," I said. "Fine, only if she saves me a dance for later."
Before she could answer, I quickly guided her to the dance floor. I moved my hands to her hips, while her arms were snugged around my neck. We swayed side to side as we listen to the band play.
"You and Danny must go way back?" She asked not moving her head from my chest.
"Yeah," I say. "He was the first person I met when I moved here." My hands drifted lower and lower slowly. I spun her out then pulled her back in so her back was against my chest. "I can not wait to get you out of this dress," I growl against her skin.
"You have no idea how bad I want out this dress." She pushes her ass against me gently. "You just really want me to fuck you in front of all these people. Naughty, I love it," I whisper in her ear.
Ana was about to reply when I got a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see Danny with a smile on his face. "My turn," he smirked. If I could wipe that smirk off his face right now I would. I moved to the side. Before he could take Ana's hand and I grabbed his arm. "I'll be watching," I whispered in his ear. "Good, I perform better with an audience," he gives me a small smile before scurrying off with my Ana.
I let go of his arm and watched as he took her hand. I walked back to the bar trying to control the anger I was feeling. "Rum and coke please." I take a sip of my drink and kept eyes fixated on the two. I watched his hands closely. If they go any further than the middle of her back, we're going to have a fucking problem.
Danny and I have a love-hate relationship. He could be a really good guy when he wanted to be but most of the time was a fucking asshole.
He put his lips to the side of her head and looked like he was whispering something in her ear. Ana jumped back and looked at him confused. I could make out the words, 'what do you mean'. He continued to talk then she suddenly looked back at me with a hurt look. She shook her head and ran. "Ana? Ana?!" I called out. I ran over to Danny and grabbed his shirt. "What the hell did you tell her?" "About the night you met, I thought she knew," he cried. I pushed him away as I darted my eyes around the room to see where Ana went.
I ran to the nearest exit and found her sitting on a bench, her head was in her hands. I could hear her crying. "Ana," I whispered. She looked at me and the tears falling killed me. "You never wanted me, the only reason you talked to me was because Danny wanted me."
I put my head down and rub my neck. "It wasn't like that Ana."
"Then what was it like Justin?" She stood and walked to me. "Tell me your side."
"I-I saw you okay, and I thought you were cute but I thought you wouldn't be my type. But Danny saw you also so he was the one who sent the drink over then he got a phone call and stepped out. When I saw you walk over I knew it was the perfect chance to piss him off, so when you just assumed that it was from me, I didn't deny it. It was just to make him angry."
"THEN WHY'D YOU GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER?!" She yelled.
"I don't know," I shrug my shoulders. "I don't know."
"You don't know? That's all you can say is I don't know?!" She pushed me away from her. "I'm going home." "Fine, let me take you," I plead. "No! I called a Lyft, I don't wanna be anywhere near you right now," she spat. A white Chevy pulled up and she walked toward it.
"I'm sorry Ana!" I yell after her. She didn't even turn around. She got in the back seat and it drove away.
"Fuck!" I screamed. I turned and saw Danny with a regretful look on her face. "I thought she knew. I made a joke, I'm sorry man."
I walked right passed him and got in the limo that was waiting for us. I took the flowers I had inside and threw them out the window. I reached inside the compartment in the back and pulled out the red velvet box. I shook my head and cried as I looked at the sparking ring just waiting to be on her finger.
