It was quite stormy outside but yet so lively. The dark clouds, howling wind, hearing the slight chatter of people cursing due to the weather, little kids stomping into puddles, cars honking because of the traffic, everyone rushing to get their kids to school and head off to work. I couldn't help but look outside of the cafe window, something about this chaotic morning really captured my attention. I didn't even realize when my friend walked over to me and started talking.

"Mingi!! You'll be late for work if you stay here all morning!!" I looked up and saw my friend Hongjoong and just sighed. "What's the point?" I asked him, looking back out the window. "Are you serious Mingi? You're the CEO of a company you need to be there!"

I could tell he was frustrated. I always spent hours at this small cafe before going to work. It was nice and they weren't that busy. Well busy enough to keep them in business but not enough for the cafe to be voted the best in the world.

It was just nice being somewhere, where people didn't know me and I could just enjoy being alone. Yes I love my job. We're one of the best companies in the world but I hate all the people that constantly come up to me just to ask for something. I love the people who support the company, but when you take advantage of me or my money I want nothing to do with you.

A lot of people find me intimidating which I really like. That puts somewhat of a prevention of someone asking for favors that I know they won't return. I continued looking out the window "Don't you have tables to clean, Hongjoong?" Yes Hongjoong works at this cafe, and even though we're best friends he gets annoyed with me being there a lot when I should be doing work.

It may seem like I don't take my job seriously but I do. I spend 15-17 hours in my office at the company daily. Meanwhile I spend about 4 or so hours here 5 times a week. There's been times I've pulled all nighters in the office, I'm just a perfectionist. Everything needs to be done perfect and right the first time or it shouldn't be done at all. At least that's what I was always taught.

Hongjoong looked at me "Go to work!! You're distracting me from doing my job and you're going to be late!!" I looked back at him. "It's my company. I can be late if I want too. But I suppose you're right.." I sighed, standing up from the wooden chair as I handed Hongjoong the money for my coffee.

"Mingi you gave me too much money!!" I kept a serious expression on my face. "Keep it. Use what's left to impress that guy you like." He looked shocked and blushed slightly. "Y-you know about him?" I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Hongjoong, Seonghwa works at my company. Of course I know about him."

He got so embarrased. "Get out of here you stalker!!" He lightly pushed me out the door as I laughed slightly. "It's not stalking. You make it obvious you like him everytime you visit me at the office." He pushed me out the door, blushing deeply. "Out! Out! Out!"

I laughed and noticed that the rain has stopped. It kinda made me upset. There's something about rainy days that I found soothing. I sighed and walked over to my car, driving to the company. On my way there I glanced out my window, noticing the sun coming out and also noticing a vibrant rainbow.

I always felt that rainbows were a sign for me to come out and get a boyfriend. But my job is important to me and I just don't have the time for dating. Plus I haven't met anyone that interests me. No one even knows about me being gay other than Hongjoong. And I simply don't trust anyone else knowing.

When I arrived to the company I looked across the street and noticed someone dancing. It looked like he was receiving a lot of money. I honestly never liked street dancers. I find it pathetic they can't find a real job and work hard like others. Some do have other jobs and I respect those people, but when others do street dancing for a living and for their full time job, I find it offensive to everyone who works their asses off.

After his song has finished he smiled at the people that were watching him, then made eye contact with me. He smiled slightly and went back to dancing. I ignored it and went into the company. People instantly stopping what they were doing to greet me. I walked passed them and went into the elevator. Stopping on the 15th floor to check in with my employees.
