Fire and ice

I slowly opened my eyes that were not clear vision of the things going on around me. I tried to get out of bed but stumbled on the floor. My puppy ran up to me and licked me on the face as I laughed. Wait a second... I don't have a puppy. A sudden rush of panic shot through me as I stood up. I frantically spun around the room looking for a way out but suddenly the room is white. All the furniture and the puppy are gone. It's just a big white square. I start to freak out even more as I bang against the walls of the room yelling for someone to get me out. Suddenly as I put my hand against the wall once more the wall turned to ice. In shock I gasped and stumbled backwards. I looked at my hands to see smile icicles forming. What was happening to me?!
"Elemental magic... ice is a quite rare one." A woman's voice said right behind me. I spun around to see a woman probably the prettiest woman I have ever seen standing there. She was tall with eyes bright purple and bright blue long hair. She looked at me intensely for a second looking me up and down. The then slowly circled me studying my every move. Finally she stopped right in front of me as she spoke.
" You are a quite young one at that... when did you discover this power of yours?" She calmly asked. At that moment I couldn't remember anything. Yes I knew that I never had a dog but that is about it. I don't even remember my name. Who am I? How did I get here? The woman seemed to have noticed my confusion.
" it's ok sweetie if you don't remember anything I won't press you. " she continued. "Elemental magic is a very rare formula of science. Very many people have failed to produce it in s formula because most people are just born with it. However when ever someone acquires it then it's a lot stronger than born one. Elements have a power scale. There are many different types of elements but the ice is by far the most powerful one. The weakest one would be air. Fire is another very strong one but it is the most common. You don't remember this but You have had an encounter with HYDRA. They were able to duplicate the s formula of fire even though that experiment didn't work on everyone. We have been watching your father Tony Stark for a while now. The only way to defeat a Fire would be to create an ice. Tony has had many experiments until at some point he just gave up and decided to find another solution. I will assume that you acquired it by drinking eating or spilling it on yourself." To be honest I barely had a Clue about what is going on. Yet I stood there and nodded my head anyways.
The woman continued.
" your father, Tony Stark didn't know that the element can only be activated by certain people. He had a lot of trouble getting it to work because he was testing on dummies and not living things. If this element is tested on a human there is only about a 25% chance of the person surviving and only 10% acquire the power. Looks like you my dear are one lucky girl. Everyone else who survives usually turns into a mutant and looses control killing them in the process." All of this makes sense but also makes no sense at the same time.
" how do I get rid of this...?" I asked with a raspy voice. The woman suddenly spun around and with a loud voice boomed " THIS IS A BLESSING! YOU UNGRATEFUL CHILD!"  She stopped and took a deep breath. " there is no way you can get rid of it. You will have to learn how to use it and if you don't you can cause many people to die. You are DANGEROUS but if used correctly you can serve a solid purpose for this world. Don't let me down kid..." were her last words as suddenly the world was fuzzy again and once again everything became dark.
