The eyes of a soul

I slowly stood up after sitting in the heat for 2 hours alone.
Where should I go? I'm so thirsty, and hungry.

I really want to eat!

I tied the cloth back to my face and began walking again to anywhere.

"Yah you again?" The familiar jerk voice sounded behind me.
I slowly turn around sighing.

"How dare you sign in my presence!" He yelled out and the eunuch snickered.

"Anyways, come back to my house." He says and the eunuch went silent.
"Your highness you cannot! Not again!" He says in distress.

He shakes the eunuchs arm off and exchanges his hand again out.
This man! He expects me to grab his hand after his rude behavior?
I walk straight past him ignoring his gesture leaving his jaw wide open.

"She's a tough one your highness." The eunuch says.
He eventually walks infront of me, occasionally people stare as they pass me following him.

"Your highness you're drawing attention." The eunuch whispers.

He keeps silent as we continue to walk back to his house.
"Go inside and sit down." He motions toward the house but I stand still.

"Did you hear me?" He says gobsmacked.
"Your highness must she be inside? I'm sure you can ask her anything regardless of the place she won't talk." He says.
"Lena, my orders is that you answer my requests." He says standing infront of me.

"Where do you come from? Why are you here? How did you find this place?" He starts firing questions of all sorts.

"I cannot answer." I say.
He pinched his nose bridge in frustration.
"Your highness it's hopeless just send her away!" The eunuch cries.

"To prison? Good idea." He says intimidating me.

Prison? Is he insane?!

"Brother, oh- who is this woman?!" Another prince enters seeing me.

"That's what I am trying to figure out, first she ran into me and then she is treating me as a peasant." He says sighing.

"You know women are not allowed here! What if father or another brother finds out?" He exclaims.

"Then shall I send her to prison?" He says.
"You are really dense! Here come with me." The other prince says grabbing my wrist lightly.
"What a move! Now he's taking the strange woman!" The eunuch cried out in disbelief.
"Yah' what are you doing?!" The man says as his brother pulled my away.

I limply went along with him until I found myself at yet another house not far. They all seemed similar.
How many princes are there?! Now it's 3!

"You, come sit down." He says motioning toward the floor.

"I am sorry for my brothers ... incompetence." He says looking regretful.

I just nod not knowing what to say.
"I haven't seen you before , where are you from?" He says with questioning eyes.
"I'm, not from here." I say.
"Not here? Outside of joseon?" He asks.
"No, not this whole country." I say.

His eyes look shocked yet puzzled as he's in deep thoughtful for a few seconds.

"How did you..." He says trailing off.
"Boat." I say plainly looking down.

"By yourself? Or others?" He presses on.
"Myself."

The answer makes him look somewhat remorseful as if he knew my story.
