I'll jump for you
-Ruel's POV-
I sat down at the cafe and waited for y/n.
I turned my head and my eyes landed upon her beauty.
She was stunning yet again.
She walked over and I stood up so greet her.
We sat at a table outside of the restaurant.
Ruel: I just want to start off by saying what I said to you was completely unfair and I'm so sorry.
Y/n: thank you Ruel.
Ruel: so I'm not going to push you to saying anything about Liam but I want you to know that I'm here for you.
Y/n: thanks Ruel, but I want to tell you. It's the right thing to do.
She took a deep breath in and shut her eyes for a moment before looking back to me.
Y/n: Liam was my older brother. Since the day I was born he looked after me, Liam was the one to always be there when I had a bad day or people were being assholes at school. I looked up to him and admired the way he always found a way to fix things.
She closed her eyes harshly and I thought the was on the urge of crying so I took her hands and held them in mine on the table.
She opened her eyes yet again and looked at me.
Y/n: Liam was in a car crash and it truly should have been me in the accident because I was meant to drive the car to the shop but now he's gone, and there is nothing I can do to bring him back.
She broke down into tears in front of me and I immediately pulled her into a hug and held her close.
Ruel: I'm so sorry y/n.
She cried against my chest.

I could tell that she had been holding all this emotion in for years.
I softly kissed her head as I held her close to me as she cried.
Y/n: Ruel wait, I can't do this. I can't be close to you and let you in.
She placed her hands on my heart and pushed me away.
My heart was at the point of breaking.
Ruel: y/n, please just once.
I placed my hand on her cheek and wiped her tears away.
Y/n: I can't let myself feel anything for you...I don't feel anything for you.
This really hurt me.
Ruel: really?
My voice was harsh and she just looked up at me as I stood up.
Y/n: rue-
Ruel: no I know what, let's see if you feel something for me.
I walked out of the cafe onto the side walk near the busy street.
Y/n: Ruel stop, what are you doing!?
Ruel: you said you don't feel anything for me so this shouldn't matter.
I walked out into the busy street as cars and trucks drove by.
Y/n: RUEL STOP, IM NOT JOKING!
I looked down the street as a huge truck approached me beeping the horn,
I stood my ground until I felt her run and jump onto the pushing me to the ground and her along with me.
The truck passed safely not harming us.
Her body was against mine and I looked up into her eyes.
Ruel: if you didn't feel anything for me, you wouldn't have saved me.
Y/n: fuck you, you're and asshole. I should have let it crush you!
She tried standing up but I grabbed her hand and pulled her back down on top of me and smashed my lips against hers.
I had been wanting to do this for the past few days.
To finally feel her soft beautiful lips against mine and taste her....
