I am sleepless, but I cannot sleep.
My mind is full, but I cannot speak.
I hear the music, but I cannot listen.
My eyes are dull, while yours glisten.
I touch a thorn, but feel no prick.
My body is slow, but my mind is quick.
My skin is soft, but no longer smooth.
I live idly, while you're always on the move.
I am lost, but once was found.
I used to look up, but now only look down.
I fell in love, but now I fall to pieces.
My heart in your hands, you took it and cheated.
