Black were the shoes
And leggings, and partially-
Perhaps mostly, the socks...
Which of course directly opposed the hoodie with strings of white
A white scrunchie holds hair
Knotted and gnarled but brushed so soft and fine
Attentive and almost too quiet to persuade but
Oh the fire filled with rust and ash and
Mmm...
It burns me. The fire surrounding her melts raging emperors
And stone of solid ice and even-
Marshmallows rust faster than the iron
Because she is warm. Melt the ignorance and
Please forgive the hearts of the forsaken mankind-
Goddess-
We pray.
As you sit next to us
A human among humanoids
Concentrated-
And you buried yourself in your studies ferociously.
Do you hate how dead you are?
Dedicated, you are to try hard and threaten to give up
But oh, don't you ever give in-
Self-hatred fuels corruption
And you
Could never,
Fall so gracefully,
Crash so violently into a hill-
Coldplay's violent Violet Hill.
