Chapter 11: Umbrella Scene + Lady WiFi

So I know this is supposed to be about Lady WiFi, but from your POV nothing much happens, so to make the chapter a little longer I'm adding a bonus scene!

So, remember in the flashback chapter where after some time Adrien realizes his crush on y/n? Well instead of that, what if there was an umbrella scene 2 weeks after y/n arrived, and after Adrien realized he had a crush. That, my friends, is what I'm starting this chapter with.

Y/n POV

One day, as I was entering the class, I noticed some gum on one of the front seats. I wasn't sure who put it there. I think one of the school's clubs had a meeting here and one kid must have left his or her gum on the seat. I was still fairly new, so I didn't know everyone's names, including the name of the boy who sat where the gum was. I think he was blonde. I don't have a very good memory.

Anyway, I thought I would be nice a take the gum of his seat. I crouched down and wasn't having much luck with it, until I heard the shrill shriek of that girl who hated me. I called her Banana girl because I couldn't remember her name, and she seemed quite infatuated with the color yellow.

"Adrikins! The freak is putting gum on your seat!" I froze and looked at the pair. The boy who sat there, frowned at me. He took a napkin out of his bag, placed it on the gum and sat down. He looked at me with a disappointed face.

"I thought you were nicer than that," is all he said before looking away. I frowned and hung my head low as I walked back to my seat in the back. Chloe made faces at me. I sighed. Looks like I made another enemy.

Adrien POV

I couldn't think why y/n would do that. From what I watched, she seemed pretty nice. She didn't seen like the type to do something like that. I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. All though I couldn't help but feel some serious deja vu.

Time Skip

Third person POV

Adrien walked out of the building, and sighed when he realized it was raining. Of course this was the one day his dad had given his driver the day off. Now he would have to walk in the rain.

"Hello," he heard from behind. When he realized the owner of the voice he scoffed and looked away. Ironic how he once longed to hear him speak to him for the first time, and now she's speaking to him, but h doesn't want to hear it.

The girl sighed before opening her umbrella. "I was only trying to remove the gum from your seat. I've never been to school, I've never had friends, I've never actually interacted with people. It's all kind of new to me." Adrien felt ashamed of himself. How could he have just accused her like that. Especially since he can relate to her situation.

Y/n held out her umbrella to Adrien. Adrien quickly shook his head. "I couldn't. You would get wet" Y/n shook her head.

"I have an extra. I don't like taking chances when it comes to rain. I don't really like getting wet." Adrien chuckled a little. He reached out and carefully took the umbrella from her hand. Their hands brushed, and Adrien could feel his cheeks getting red at the insignificant contact. why was he feeling this way. The two teens just stared at each other, as Adrien's cheeks just got redder, until.

The umbrella closed on Adrien. Adrien could hear her angelic giggles from under the umbrella, and it quickly became his favourite sound. He poked his head out from under the umbrella and chuckled a little with her.

"See you tomorrow Adrien." She took out another umbrella and proceeded to walk down the steps.

"See- see you tomo- tomorrow. Geez, why am I stammering?"
