Before Report

Agony woke up and slowly got out of her ship. Sitting in a ship for hours on end is killer and sleeping in one is no better. Agony began to stretch to ease the stiffness she felt throughout her body.

"Good afternoon," Tenebris greeted.

"Afternoon!" Agony shouted while turning to look at her ghost, "why didn't you wake me up?" She hissed.

"Because you're scary when I wake you up... or when anyone wakes you up for that matter." Tenebris noted, the last part more for himself than Agony.

"Did Casey swing bye? You didn't talk shit did you?" Agony asked skeptically

"Yup, but when he saw you sleeping he left. He said we're free to explore the base, use the gym, eat at the dining hall. Hey, you can go get food right now. It's been a while since you've had an actual meal. Wait! I mean yes Casey came to visit we didn't talk shit!" Tenebris blurted.

Agony laughed then mulled over the idea of getting food, she hadn't had a true meal since before she left the Tower.

"Do you know how to get to the dining hall?" Agony sighed in defeat.

"Of course I do. When have I not known how to get somewhere?" Tenebris asked as the two set out for the dining hall.

When Agony walked into the dining hall all eyes were on her. Agony glanced before getting herself a plate of food. She decided to sit at an empty table, no point in socializing. Once Agony sat down she realized she needed to take her helmet off to eat and let out a sigh.

"Problem Agony?" Tenebris asked as he scanned the food, "the food is healthy if that's what you're worried about."

"No, that's not it. I forgot to change my helmet and I need a different one if I want to eat." Agony whispered

"I can change it so no one can see underneath," Tenebris replied trying to be helpful.

"Might as well, everyone is already staring at me and probably think I'm weird." Agony sighed, "change it to Graviton Forfeit. If anyone asks I can blame my skin color on the purple light from the helmet."

Tenebris did a nod with his body and quickly changed her helmet. Once it changed people began talking, fascinated by how fast her helmet changed. Everyone trying to figure out what Tenebris was, who Agony was and Agony was more than aware that all the talking was about it. She felt uncomfortable. Agony turned off the lower part of the helmet so she could eat but left the rest of it up, she only wanted to show what was needed to eat the rest could stay hidden. Agony enjoyed most of her meal in peace before someone sat down across from her. Agony looked down hoping if she ignores this person they won't talk to her.

"Nice helmet." The man said, Agony internally swore and cursed her luck before looking up at the man. "Name's Reach, hear you're Agony."

"Yes," Agony responds curtly.

"No need to worry about keeping your helmet on. I'm sure you're beautiful underneath it." Reach said with a smile on his face.

Great, a flirt. Agony thought to herself before taking another mouthful of food.

"Not as beautiful as me right?" A woman asks before sitting down. Agony is surprised at her figure; she's tall, beautiful, has a nice frame, and she's thicc, not one c, but two. 

"Can't tell with that helmet of hers on." Reach teases, earning him a playful smack on the shoulder from what Agony could tell was his girlfriend. "This is Shockwave, the most beautiful girl on this base." Agony nodded in hello.

"Look, here comes more of our group," Shockwave said nodding towards the door. Agony sees four more people walk in, two men, one female, and an Exo? After grabbing food the four of them come and join the table and introduce themselves. There's Apex, Riot, Velox, and Evo.

Riot is muscular Agony classified him as a Titan. Even though it wasn't obvious, Agony knew Apex was sizing her up, she classified him as a Hunter along with Velox and Evo. Agony was surprised to see an Exo here, but that's probably not what those type of people are called here. Velox was another beauty, it was obvious she trained by how well-toned her muscles were. Agony couldn't help but be reminded about how short she was while sitting with this group of people. Even the Exo was tall.

"That's a cute little guy you got there," Velox says pointing at Tenebris

"Aww stop, you're making me blush" Tenebris laughs. "It's a pleasure to meet you all. I'm Tenebris, Agony's ghost. I can't help but notice you have an Exo with you."

"A what?" Apex asks

"He's referring to Evo." Agony clarifies using her fork to point at Evo.

"Is that what you call AI. where you come from?" Evo asks

"No, Exo's are their own thing. I would consider Arcite an AI," Agony mused to herself

"Arcite you're boyfriend?" Reach teased, Agony let out a sigh

"God, you're an idiot. Do you just blurt everything that comes into your mind? No, he's a robot that helps run the Crucible. Before you ask, where I come from the Crucible is used for training. It can be six on six, three on three, one on one, or a free for all. They're all mock battles but depending on what you sign up for the objective is different such as retrieve the relic, capture the flag or just a regular old mock battle." Agony informed them.

"So you're a soldier?" A man asked from an adjacent table. 

Agony didn't bother to look over her shoulder but responded with "I was."

"So you're a deserter?" At this question, Agony lowered her helmet all the way then turned to look at the man. He was tall just like everyone else here, he had a condescending smirk on his face. Agony wanted to punch it off his face but she was well aware of her guest status here and was trying her best to play nice.

"No. The war is over. I left because there was no need for me." Agony replied the man laughed at her.

"With that shitty ship of yours? There's no way. You were probably a shit soldier and left before you could get killed." The man mocked. Velox was about to get up when Agony grabbed the mans wrist and pinned him to the floor. The room went silent and a loud crack was heard from the man's arm.

"Want to try your luck with this 'shitty soldier'?" Agony snarled

"Now he's done it." Tenebris sighed. The man tapped out and Agony let him go. Agony turned her back to him and was heading for the door when she was suddenly in a chokehold. Velox got up, but before she could do anything or before the operator from Team Echo could lift her up Agony flipped him onto his back, there was a loud pop noise and everyone couldn't help but cringe a little.

Agony quickly left and Tenebris went after her. Everyone stared at the team Echo soldier for a bit then went back to their usual business.

"I guess there's another Vel on base?" Riot said, more of a question than a statement.

"We should go after her. Case'll be mad if something happens to our guest." Evo said, and with that, the rest of the group stood up and they left.
