Chapter 13

I couldn't sleep, it was already 3am, so i went to drink a glass of water. As I walked into the kitchen, I heard a voice, which was coming from behind me.

"Can't sleep, huh?" Someone asked. This made ne jump up, but then I recognized the voice. "Yep." I said. "Do you want to talk about this?" Chase asked and I nodded. We went to sit on the couch and started talking. I explained why I couldn't sleep. "I still don't understand how could he do this to you, I mean look at you. You are absolutely perfect, if it was me instead of Alex, I would've never done anything like this." He said and I smiled. "I know, you are different." I told him and smiled. "Oh by the way, why are you awake?" I asked. "I walk in the sleep and then out of nowhere I wake up and now I'm here." He laughed a little bit.

"Tell me something about your life, I wanna know you better." I said with a big smile. "Okay, my life is pretty simple, I live in California, I'm homeschooled, i have a lot of friends, but I barely see them, since they live far away from me. Life is kinda stressful, but I'm so grateful to have all my fans." He finished. "I bet you had a girlfriend." I said and we both laughed. "Yea, I've had five, but none of those relationships were serious, except for one." He said. "Spill the tea." I got excited and chuckled, but still continued talking. "It was two months ago." He said. " why did you guys break up?" I asked. "It didn't feel right anymore, it will sound sad, but I lost feelings for her." He said. He was avoiding to say her name and I was getting curious who it was, but I didn't want to push him to tell me something he wasn't comfortable telling me, so I let that go.

"What about you? Have you dated anyone else except for Alex?" He asked. "No, not really. Actually I never had an actual boyfriend, Alex has never asked me to be his girlfriend." While I was telling him about myself, he was moving closer to me and our faces were nearly touching, but I put my hand on his chest and stopped him from moving forward, I immediately regretted it, but it was a right choice to make.

"Sorry." He said, but he didn't move, he looked me directly in the eyes and in that moment someone entered the living room. I turned my head and saw shirtless Payton.

"Why aren't you two asleep?" He asked. "I couldn't sleep, so i came here and saw Chase." I explained and he nodded. "Okay, I'll go to sleep now it's too late." I said and stood up, but chase stopped me and kissed me on my cheek, but it was more of on neck and he did it on a purpose. "Sweet dreams, Lee." He said and i smiled. "Sorry for waking you up, Pay." I told him. "It's okay princess." He smiled and i left.

As I entered my room, I heard Chase and Payton talking about something. I couldn't hear properly, but i can bet that I heard my name. Anyways I should go to sleep if I wanna wake up tomorrow.
