"Great job Sasha you beat your fastest time," says coach Delany as I climbed out of the pool. As I grabbed my towl
and thanked my coach I saw my best friend Casey. I ran over to my best friend cautious not to slip over. "Hey Sasha are you ready," said Casey "I'll meet you at your car I have to change."
After about 5-10 minutes I was ready to hit the road back to my place with my best friend Casey. When I arrived I yelled out to my mum. "Hey mum I'm home"
" Oh hey honey how was training," said my mother Rosmerie.
"Great, I beat my fastest time."
" Oh that's great sweetie can you go tell your brothers dinners ready?"
"Sure. Did dad have to go away to china again?"
"Yes but he will be back in 2 weeks though," my mother said sadly before I left. I mean, I was used to my dad leaving for work all the time so it wasn't much of a surprise to me, but I still liked to know were he was.
I went up to my room for the night not even worrying about having a shower. Swimming practice had been great today and I couldn't help but smile at my progress.
