The whelps would not stop. My breaths became rapid to the whimpering sound of my kin. I had to save the wolf from whatever was hurting it. I ran back into the forest to sneak up and stay hidden. I hid behind the bushes trying to make out what was happening. I couldn't see much but I saw 2 grey wolves hitting something behind a rock. All I could see was a tailless wolf. The two wolves hurting it, tore off fur from the tailless wolf, brutally and painfully. I tried getting close, but someone had seen me. The wolf who saw me attacked without hesitation. Knocking me down, the wolves hurting the tailless look over at me and smiled. They tied the tailless to a pole around its neck as it whimpered in pain.
"Well, well. Someone seems to be watching the torture. You want some, too?" The wolf pinning me announced.
"Looks like another rare wolf, boss!" A red coated wolf stepped into play.
"Can we take it's tail?!" The other, black and white tainted, shouted out.
"Now, now, boys... This one is mine..."
I gulped as I stared at his smirk.

I woke up with a minor headache. I looked up to see I am in a cell. Suddenly, I heard the unlocking of my cell door. The door begins to open, as I walk out, I spotted no one in the long empty cell hallway. A strong smell begins to catch my nose. I look into the cell next to mine and immediately gagged from the bloody dead wolf body laying soulless on the floor. It seemed it had died from starvation but also tortured to death. I shook my head and continued to walk down the hallway, trying not to look into any cell.
I walked for hours, the hallway just wouldn't come to a end. Until the light came through. I ran as fast as I could to get out of this torture house. I ran out the door almost falling to my death. I came to a rapid stop at the edge of a cliff. I breathed hard, knowing I could've died just then. I caught my breathe and I looked up. I was speechless, scared, and confused.

I was staring at a volcano.
