"momoring! dahyun and I are together now!"

the squrriel said overly happy.

the peach furrowed her eyebrows

"you're with her?! again?! sana you caught her cheating on you! how could you even trust her?!"

momo let her anger out freely not because sana has a new girlfriend again.

it was because she was back with her ex again.

"she told me she changed, she said she regretted all the things she's done"

"for god's sake sana! are you literally dumb or are you just fucking playing!"

she cursed, she knew sana hated her everytime she'd cursed.

she gets hurt when she hears it being directly said at her.

as much as momo didn't want to be the cause of sanas tears, she still ended up being it.

as much as momo hated her for always crying on her shoulder, she still had to let her.

because she was the reason.

and god knew how much she hated herself for being so.

what can she do?

secretly get hurt infront of sana, without her knowing she was the reason and the only one who will be?

sometimes yelling at her was a way of easing and letting out the pain in her heart.

what? she's still human, she still gets hurt.

as much as she loved her that's how much she hates herself knowing she can never be like sana's "girlfriends".

she can never be like them, and will never be.

now, once again here she is comforting the sobbing squirrel in her arms.

"I'm sorry sana... I shouldn't have cursed"

she said carresing the younger's head.

she lightly chuckled, sana would always cry with the little and simple things.

and momo would always fall in love with it.

she needs to stop.

she has to stop.

but...

does she want to stop?

probably no.

wrapping her arms on sana's neck, the younger felt momo's cold finger tips touch her soft skin.

she shivered.

but she didn't care all she wanted was to be safe in momo's arms.

safe in her arms that felt like home.

"sana-yah"

the peach called out ever so calmly.

the squirrel has now lessened her sobs and was able to hum to let momo continue what she was saying.

"I'll soon be leaving korea, i'll go back to japan to continue my studies"

momo said still in their current  position.

she was expecting to hear muffled sobs vibrate on her body.

instead she felt somewhat a smile forming on her chest.

sana was smiling.

the younger readjusted their position in order for her to meet the older's intense gaze.

"you got in the school you wanted to attend in!"

the latter slowly nodded, trying to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall down.

"I'm so proud of you!"

sana said tightening her hug as possible.

"aren't you gonna be sad?"

momo said to herself but ended up thinking out loud which made sana hear her.

"of course I will, im just happy you got to attend your dream school"

"but your not in it"

the older pouted.

"were still gonna meet again right? you'll still go back? right?"

sana's eyes formed a single tear that momo wiped off eventually after seeing it.

it was a hard question for momo.

but it was tougher to answer it.

"y-yeah I promise "

yet again a promise she made that she'll eventually break.

a promise sana believed that will eventually break her.

"promise me you'll still go back for me"

sana said full of hope raising her pinky that momo took around about seconds just to wrap her own.

she didn't answer, she just responded to sana's actions.

afraid she'll break it, she can't promise anything right to sana.

they're living in their own world full of promises,

broken promises.
