a month till they'll part.

a month where they will cherish their presence together.

a month before tears fall.

"let's meet here again when you come back from japan ."

the squirrel said happily.

they were at a nearby park just near the school they were attending.

sitting on the bench watching the surroundings unfold before their eyes, drinking some banana milk, chatting.

just their typical days.

" s-sure"

great just great momo, another promise you'll break.

the older gave a fake smile but the latter just beside her didn't seem to notice.

they went silent for a second not until momo broke it.

"do you wanna have a sleepover tomorrow? I kinda miss it."

she uttered out in the silence that was forming again when sana didn't reply.

sana just frowned that made momo raise her eyebrow.

"me and dahyun have plans tomorrow, I'm sorry momoring maybe next time."

sana said the frown still plastered on her face.

yet again the peach gave another fake smile.

"oh okay"

"i'm very sorry momoring"

sana said doing a pout, momo just nodded giving her a reassuring smile.

"i'm fine sana"

she's fine, that's what she said, but it's not what she felt.

"i'll make it up for you okay? i'll treat you lunch tomorrow"

'don't treat me lunch, treat me like i'm your girlfriend'

she wanted to say but can't.

"s-sure"

was that only thing she said.

silence formed again, but it wasn't the awkward type, they were just enjoying each others presence while they watch the surroundings.

"momoring?"

the squirrel called out making momo hum in response sipping on her milk that was half way to being empty.

"thank you, and im sorry..."

"for what?"

sana looked at momo, momo did the same. they were staring at each other, the peach was all out confused while the other was giving a look that was full of honesty and admiration.
