Snow falls slowly to the ground, sticking to everything. Soon the entire castle has been transformed into a winter wonderland. One of Night's favorite part is how everything looks at this time. Currently her brother is dragging her to some unofficial student thing in Hogsmeade.
"Do I have to go?" She asks.
"Yes."
Her mind starts looking for an excuse or distraction. Something where she can slip out of her grasp. Then she remembers her dream. Her vision that she accidentally triggered while asleep.
"So I figured out my birth name," she states. Neville's grip loosens just enough where she can slip out. He quickly grabs her and throws her on his shoulder. This honestly shocks her that he can do this. "When did you start working out, dear brother?"
"Don't change the subject. Do you really know your birth name?"
They pass Harry, Ron, and Hermione; all of which look at them oddly. Night slightly waves at them.
"It's Belle."
"How do you know?" She counts down in her head. Three... Two... One. "Oh wait."
C and Jas walk over with the oldest set of Weasley twins. Jas has a lovely new cut on her left cheek. Night is a bit curious, but she'll ask her later about it.
"Let her go, Neville," C laughs.
"She refused to come along."
"We got this," Jas promises. Her brother sets her down and her friends link their arms with her's. The six students go to a run down pub on the edge of town. Night can feel C get more tense. Something about this place seems to put her on edge. Soon the lot is inside and taking up most of the seats up front. Jas and George start whispering back and forth. The two are starting to get close. Soon the trio enter the building. Harry looks at the crowd in shock. He looks over at the three girls in the front. C smirks, leaning back. Jas and Night shrug in confusion. Hermione drags the dark hair boy towards the front.
"Thank you for being here," Hermoine says. "We clearly need someone to teach us how to defend ourselves. And who better than Harry and Jas?"
Jas's eyes widen in shock along with Harry. So neither of them knew about this.
"And are you suggesting him?" someone shouts.
"If... Voldemort's truly back, we need him," Hermoine states.
"But no one knows what really happened except for him and Abi," the guy responds. Night watches C's face turn red as she stands up. Fred goes to grab her wrist, but she pulls away.
"If you're here to hear it again, leave," she orders. "Because both have told you the story several times. Plus, he has saved my life three times already. Plus who knows what he probably has done to save your sorry ass."
Night turns red in embarrassment as she looks at her hands. These are her friends.
"Can you really produce a Patronus Charm?" Luna, a blonde Ravenclaw, asks.
"Yes," Hermoine and Night say at once. Quickly realizing she spoke allowed, the shy one looks at Harry. He barely shakes his head no. So she corrects herself.
"I mean, have you not heard that Lupin was teaching him when the Demintors kept tormenting him?"
"Well I have seen it," Hermione states.
"So why do you need me?" Jas asks. C moves towards the front. So this was her idea then.
"You know a different form of magic than us. A much older. This could give us a leg up. Plus say someone is disarmed when a creature is what is attacking. Knowing your hand-to-hand combat skill could be very useful."
