Home sweet home

Joeys POV
The plane lands and everyone grabs their bags and walks to the exit. I grab Meghans hand as we walk out of the plane.
I take a few breathes and smile
"We're here! Our new hometown" Meghan grins
We walk into the air port and grab out other bags.
Meghan goes washroom, then we get our car back and drive to our new house.
I stand at the steps of our house.
Its a big house, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spare room and pool in the back.
Flowers lay along the side of the house.
Meghan walks up the steps and opens the door, I stand beside her and walk in.
She takes a step in and looks around. A few windows eliminate the darkness of the soon-to-be living room.
A door to the left leads to the kitchen, I walk in and look around, A stove, sink, Bright blue walls, White counters.
Im in love with this house already. I see Meghan through a big window, she stands in the living room and smiles, looking around, the sun shines in her face making her even more beautiful. I blush uncontrollably as she turns to look at me, she waves. I wave back and lightly lean on the counter top.
Cats POV
Lisa walks into the room
"Wheres Shane?" She asks
"Getting surgery" I tell her
She sighs and sits in a chair across from me.
A nurse walks in and looks at us "Excuse me, may I ask who you are?" She asks us
"Im Cat, waiting for Shane"
"Full name?" She looks at her clipboard
"Shane Lee Yaw" I repeat
"Ah.." She nods "He's in surgery, right?"
"Yep" I nod
"So theirs no need for you to be in here" She looks at me
"Shane will be put into a different room when their done with his surgery, he's not coming back here, we have another patient coming in here in a few minutes"
"Oh, Im sorry, i didn't know" I stand up and head to the door
"Its alright" She lightly smiles
Lisa stand up and walks out, I sit down in the hallway and frown. Lisa does the same
"Wheres Shane?" Sawyer asks
"He's in surgery" Lisa says
"Oh" He nods
*4 hours later*
I wake up from someone shaking me
"Hm?" I groan and try to open my eyes
"Wake up! They finished Shane's surgery" A girl loudly says
I quickly open my eyes and look up at Lisa, she smiles and helps me stand up.
She holds my hand and pulls me to the elevator, Sawyer stands by it and waits for us.
Lisa presses a button and waits for the elevator doors to open.
The doors open, Lisa walks in, and pulls me along with her, Sawyer walks in and stands beside Lisa.
She presses a button multiple times until the doors close.
*a few minutes later*
We finally get to Shane room.
I open the door and walk In.
Lisa walks in, holding Sawyers hand.
Shane's sleeping, half his body covered in blood, his shirt covered in tears.
I try not to cry as i walk closer to him.
I feel so bad, Shane's going through all this pain and I can do nothing to help him. I was to weak that day, when Shane got his arm cut off, I could have ran in to save him but , I was to frightened and weak.
The nurse walks in and looks at us "Oh, hello" She smiles
I look at her and wipe my eyes, hiding the tears.
"Hello.." I try to smile
"He'll wake up in an hour or so, when he wakes up make sure you spend as much time with him as you can because the doctor said that he's gonna start hallucinating from all the pills. Who knows what he's gonna do" She lightly laughs
I nod and look down at Shane
"He's probably gonna think unicorns and flying around the room" Lisa laughs
I smile and try not to laugh.
"Wheres David?" I change the subject
"David..?" She waits for the full name
"David Camarena"
"Hm" she looks at her clipboard and reads through it "Oh, there he is" She points at his name "He's across from the room, He wanted to be near Shane when he wakes up"
"Where was he hurt?" I ask
"He got stabbed a few times in the stomach, A broken leg, and hit to the head" She reads off the clipboard
"Is he okay?" Lisa asks
"Yeah, he was awake the last time I checked on him, would you like to see him?" She asks
"Yes please" I nod
"Okay, follow me" She leads us out of the room and to Davids room
"Hello" She says and walks into the room
"Yes?" He answers
Me, Lisa and Sawyer wait outside of the room
"Ive got some visitors here, would you like them to come in?" She asks
"Yeah! Of course" He says in a happy tone
"Would you like me get you changed first?" She walks up to him and lightly smiles
"No, its alright" He shakes his head and puts a blanket over him.
"Okay, you can come in" She tells us
Me , Lisa and Sawyer walk in and smile.
David looks at us and lightly smiles. I walk up to him and hug him.
"How are you?" He asks and hugs me
"Im fine, what about you" I stop hugging him so I can look at him
"Im alright, My stomach is getting better" He looks at me
"thats good. Are you hungry? I can buy you something" I ask
"No, I just ate" He smiles
"Okay" I smile
"Well, ill go check on Shane, be right back!" The nurse smiles and leaves us, closing the door behind her.
Meghan's POV
Joey and I walk into our house, coming back from hours of Shopping.
I drop all the bags and groan.
Joey carries in the boxes of furniture and puts them down.
"So.. Tired" I look at him
he nods and frowns "I know.."
We still have a lot of boxes and bags to bring in but, I'm to exhausted.
Joey walks out and grabs the rest of the boxes, I follow and grab the 5 bags.
We close the car doors and bring the stuff in, I drop the bags and head to our bedroom upstairs, Joey puts the boxes down and starts unpacking. I reach the bedroom, and look at our kind sized, bed with no sheets or blankets.
I leap onto it and close my eyes, my arms and legs burn.
"Come and help me, you lazy butt!" Joey yells from downstairs
"Just wait.." I say back and groan
I start to feel tired as the bed starts to get comfy.
I lightly smile and start to fall asleep.
