Mark wiped the sleep from his eyes before opening them. It took him a good five seconds to remember that he was at home rather than at the band's dorm. He found himself smiling as he took in the illuminated room that brought back so many memories.

He grabbed his phone from the side table and turned expecting to find a sleeping Donghyuck but instead was met with an empty space that seemed as if no one slept there at all.

He walked downstairs, still rubbing his eyes in an attempt to wake up.

"Good morn- well, it's almost afternoon now," His father said, correcting himself, "Oh whatever. Good morning, son!"

"Mornin' dad," Mark mumbled, walking to the kitchen and sitting on the counter.

"Buttermilk pancakes?" His dad asked, already taking out the batter from the fridge.

"My favourite!" Mark said with a smile, "Thanks, dad."

"Anytime"

"Where is everyone?" Mark asked, looking around the seemingly empty house.

His dad smiled a knowing smile as if he was hiding something. "Hendery and YangYang went to go get the suits for the wedding this evening."

"What about everyone else?" Mark asked, not wanting to be too obvious.

"Jisung and Jungwoo are outside," His dad said, a sly smile on his face.

"Oh," Mark said.

"They're with Donghyuck." Mark's dad said, looking at his son who kept looking at the french doors that led outside. "Why don't you go and check on them?"

"If you insist..." Mark said, his hand unconsciously running through his hair as he made his way outside.

"Go, Jungwoo! Go!" He heard as he opened the door to find Donghyuck holding a laughing Jisung by the waist as Jungwoo kicked the ball into the goal.

"You're such a cheater!" Jisung accused Donghyuck playfully as the other two high-fived.

"It's not cheating!" Donghyuck said, "It's called lending a helping hand. Right, Jungwoo?"

"You're just mad that you lost," Jungwoo told Jisung, sticking his tongue out.

"Well, I see that I have been replaced," Mark said playfully.

"What are we meant to do? Wait patiently next to your bed until you're awake and ready to play?" Jisung quipped back.

"You're just jealous they like me better than you," Donghyuck said, sticking his tongue out at Mark.

"Mark! Come play!" Jungwoo said.

"I'll be in your team, Sung," Mark said, walking over to Jisung.

"Do I smell a competition brewing?" Jisung asked, a mischievous glint in his eye.

"No that's just Mark," Donghyuck quipped, "He stinks 'cause he hasn't showered yet."

"You're going to regret this when we win," Mark told him.

"Looks like I'm not going to regret anything then," Donghyuck bit back, coming face to face with Mark.

"Ugh! Get a room you two," Jisung groaned, rolling his eyes, "The sexual tension is so disgusting."
