Duty Calls

Chapter 5-Duty Calls

I ran off to class, being late for the first time. I woke up this morning. The boys ignored me and Perrie but talked to Dani.

Dani suddenly left but I didn't know what for until I looked at my calendar after ten minutes.

I got into the big hall and saw all girls stretching.

Dani looked over at me, she was standing next to a girl who had blonde ombré. The girl looked at me then walked off.

"Sorry about that, she saw you and Niall in the kitchen before the fight and she was pissed. One of his hook ups you could say." Dani explained. I quirked a brow up but ignored the comment of 'hook up'. Maybe I'm just a hook up for him?

I did a few stretches until Miss Montez called us over. She is young maybe three years older than us. She has wavy Candy Cotten hair which looked gorgeous.

"Okay everyone you are lucky you have me for three years or four if you're doing masters! I am Miss Montez and I would love for you to call me Alisha!" The dance teacher called with a big grin on her face.

"Whoo!" Girls cheered.

"Okay girls I saw you at the party yesterday dancing the routine from a dance studio! I'm putting it to another song but same beat so don't get confused!" We all got in our positions, but a few stayed still obviously who didn't do it with us.

"If you don't know it don't worry just make up a dance and I will asses it after!" The girls bounced off to a spare, smaller room next to ours.

"Okay girls!" After a few minutes a song came on. A unknown song to me but I danced to it like it was a second part of me and my body. My body dances to the rhythm of the song as I shook my hips and swung my arms.

"AH!" A few girls signed and some screamed. I turned around to see boys looking at us and they started to clap.
Liam...Louis...Josh...Niall.

"Crap." Someone said beside me. Dani. I knew she said 'crap' because of Liam is standing on a few foot away from us.

"Hey." Josh's voice broke everyone's trance.

"Sorry boys no talking! Only watching." Miss Mo-I mean Alisha spoke up. I walked off to where all the girls gathered.

"Okay guys we have a dance competition coming up! It is-unfortunately-a drastic one. I have a few song choices we can do-Stay With Me by Sam Smith-" Cheers echoed the room defining my ears.

"Say Something by Great Big World-" Only a few cheers came.

"or Beautifully Unfinished by Ella Henderson." everyone went silent. Alisha had a glint in her eye.

"Well the third choice it is." She went off and the boys ran over to us.

Josh hugged a girl with pin straight hair. Harry went to Dani. Louis went to El's old friends and of course Niall came to me.

"Hey..." He paused. "Princess." He whispered in my eye. It gave me the shivers.

"Hey babe." I said. He spun me around. He a grin at me and went to kiss me but then guided to me cheek.

"You liked happy that I was going to kiss you." He stated. In fact it did give me a shock. A good shock.

"I was frightened." I lied. His smirk dropped a little, maybe he's buying my lie.

"Anyway, all the boys are out tonight. You're coming to mine for dinner and then we are going to watch a movie." He said, his smirk building up again. I grinned and played with his shirt. I bit my lip and looked at him.
