the Quirk doesn't have a name quite yet, but basically it's a speaker in the user's throat/collarbone area with a volume-knob on the side of the neck to adjust. there are small ports for headphones and regular phones that literally allow him to act as a walking boom box, as well as a small chord coming from the back of his neck that he can plug into something else to project his own voice. he can mimic things pretty well, if he has a recording on hand, and yeah yeah
