one on the left, miss Mikio Hiromi, has a heat-manipulation Quirk what basically let's her control the temperature around her by removing or adding heat as needed. she gets cold as hell when she makes stuff warm and hot as sun when she does the opposite
right dude is Mikio Hikaru, who has the 'wax wings' Quirk which is nearly identical to haru's, but he can actually control their size and such, as well as grow feathers on his head. it's unknown if Haru can do this because his wings are still growing, but it's a cute theory they like to joke with sometimes
