Chapter 7 Alien Attacks?

            As Bob fights against the bad alien, it glares at him.  This one is none to happy to see someone try to stop him.  He thinks, everyone should just stand out  of  his way and let him do whatever he pleases.

             "Why try to stop me?"  The alien says. He means this as a rhetorical question.  He mainly ask it just to show his opponent he means business.  He believes he is the one in charge. 

            "It is because this planet is not yours,"  Bob says. He does not care rather the question was meant to have an answer or not.  He is angry that this being should bring so much destruction to the  building he has been a worker in for so many years.  He  thinks, goodness, this was so to be a nice simple task.

           Bob  removes the rest of  his disguise.  He now has his other weapons ready to go.   It makes him sad to think their are some aliens that are mean enough to even harm their own species.  He feels as if in this situation he has no choice, but to make sure he takes care of this one.  

          "The planet can be ours to share.  Join forces with me!"  The alien says in a sinister manner.

         "I will not.  To do so would be to betray those who trust me."  Bob replies.  He hits the other alien hard with a huge hammer.  

          "Traitor!  How could you betray your own kind?"  The alien blurts out.  He coughs.  He coughs rather hard.

          "I could say the same for you!  It was your ship that has the nerve to crash here!  You were the one to attack us."  Bob blurts out.  He is not to happy to have this other alien  question him so much.

         As Bob and the bad alien fight, some other space ships land.  These contain more aliens.  Yes, that is right the entire place is under alien attack!   

           "Ah, the aliens are after me!"  A  lady who usually does the ground work says. She runs to get away from the new ones that recently arrived here. She does trust any aliens.

             Bob fights the one alien and vice versa.  This goes on for quite awhile. 

                Meanwhile,  on  various  news stations  across the globe  a special announcement goes out.   Here is what  it says, "Attention: All citizens of  Earth!  Try not to panic!  It seems there is a huge problem!  Make that an enormous problem!  The earth is under multiple Alien Attacks!   Everyone is advised to stay inside, lock your doors, lock your windows, make sure all valuables are well hidden and take cover inside a closet or basement.  Stay there until further notice.  Keep supplies such as flashlights, blankets, food, bottled waters, and tools with you.  The tools can be for in case an alien finds you!  This is for your protection!  Now, what you waiting for ?  Hurry up, and take cover!    This is not a prank!  This is really happening!" 

             Suddenly, the screen goes blank just as the announcer is about to explain that the only things that will not help are small items such as screw drivers.   The news reporter sees an alien about to enter the station!   She runs for it!  She enters the utility closet and slams the door hard behind her. She locks it from the inside. She is glad its locks are on the inside.  She grabs a broom, a dustpan, mop, and a box full of nails.  She sits there in the dark. She is glad she has a canteen full of water with her.  This way she is ready in case she gets thirsty. She sure hopes she can brace herself if anything crazy happens.  

              A few aliens scan the area!  They do not see anything.  They still break into the news area in one town anyway.   A  few more break into the news place across town, while others do the same in places across the world!  These beings are tough, it seems they will stop at nothing to take over the planet.  What are the humans to do in this situation?

           Fred wakes up in the hospital and sees the news broadcast too just before it ends. He thinks, great just great as if I can hide while in here.  He just hopes no such creatures will come inside this public building.  Then, again, who is he kidding?  They already came to his workplace and he was hurt.  He is not to happy about the stitches and bandage on his head.  Let alone, about the bandage he finds his around his left knee.  He looks around him in wonder. 

        The doctor enters the room and smiles.  "Well, Fred it seems everything is just fine.  In fact, you may leave in a few days.  I will see what I can do to make you more comfortable." The doctor says. She leaves and comes back with some extra blankets and pillows. The pillows she uses to prop him up more.  The blankets she tucks around him.

          The doctor leaves to go check on other patients.  Fred thinks, a few more days?  How many is that to be exact?  What about Frank is he all right?  Is anyone really alright?  Where did Bob go?   He does not recall seeing him after the morning coffee break came to an end earlier that day. Then, again the whole week has been one stressful one anyway since the alien's arrival to earth!

          "Aliens, there here!"  A  nurse hears a patient in a room say.  She goes to check on her.  She does not see any such things in the room or the building. She thinks, the lady is just paranoid because of the news.  She turns the tv off and hands the lady a fresh cup full of ice water.  "Here, you go Madame! "   The nurse says. She also hands her some ibuprofen since she complains about a headache too.

         The nurse continues her rounds as two aliens break up two windows to the third floor!   They enter and take a look around!  They smirk!  They think this is going to be too easy!

          Little do they know how wrong they are right now!
