The second bell had rung, indicating for the students that they should have been in class by now. Most of them were in class by now, they just didn't seem too eager to start the lesson. So most of them just ended up either talking or playing on their phones. The teacher came in. The class immediately scattered to their assigned seats.

"Welcome, you all. Today is the start of a new year again. For the ones who don't know me, my name is Finland." He looked at the class, staring directly at them. He almost seemed... bored?.

"And I don't really feel like teaching today, because it's the first day and I didn't get much sleep tonight. So just do whatever, as long as you don't leave"
He then sat down and just began playing games on his computer. The classroom door opened, revealing a tall country wearing an ushanka.

America had seen that guy before! The one at the busstop.

"Ah Russia, mind explaining why you're so late?" Russia answered with an oh so surprisingly thick Russian accent.

"Sorry, I lost track of time." Finland frowned at Russia's words.

"Okay, well, don't be late next time, got it?" Russia just nodded and sat down in his chair. Which was the row in front of America.

Japan's POV
Japan walked through the hallways, always on the lookout for new gossip. She knew everybody's secrets, she even knew Holly-Chan's secret. But because Holly-Chan was her friend, she wouldn't expose them. There are 42 new kids this year, she thought, and I already met two of them. I wonder what all their secrets are. Japan walked over to the register, where Norway was. He still was just a desk guy, even though for the past five years, he had been trying to apply for the role of a teacher. Norway looked up from his paperwork.

"Shouldn't you be in class, Japan?" He asked with a frown. Japan just snickered.

"Don't worry, I will, after I get the files of the new kids." She answered while giving Norway a big old smile. Norway gritted (is that a word?) his teeth.

"These files are top secret, I could lose my job if I gave them to you." Japan's face turned into a grin.

"You could lose your wife if you didn't give them to me." She grinned. Norway's eyes widened.

"Fine! Have them!" He gave them to her, shock and anger almost dripping off of his face.

"Domo arigatou gozaimasu" She said while taking the files off of his hands.

"This is an international school, which means we speak English here, not Japanese." Norway glared at her. Japan just smiled and skipped away.

Japan was good at knowing secrets. She even knew some of the staff members' secrets, including mr. Norway's secret. Norway took care of all the files off the students of this school, so having him in her little web of secrets was a good way to know new students and teachers, which always meant: more secrets. Japan hummed while reading through the files. Nothing out of the ordinary. Almost all of the new kids were freshmen. One file took her interest. It was the one of that new kid, America, was it? Japan had already met him earlier that day, he seemed alright.
Now, What is your secret America, she thought, while walking past the library. There were some good computers in there, that she could use for research. No class today then, she smiled, I'm going to research a certain country. She then walked into the library, heading straight for the computers.
There was someone in the computerlab that she didn't expected to see there. She didn't feel like talking to him, but she needed her reputation to stay spottless, even if that meant talking to that weirdo.

"Hi Indo!" She smiled while sitting down at the table where Indonesia sat, reading a book about math. He looked up, surprised to see Japan there.

Japan was always nice to everyone, only a few knew that she was the master of the web of secrets that she had been able to building up over the years. However, her being nice didn't mean that she meant it. She was only nice so people would think good of her, and so she could get close to people.

"Oh, hi Japan." Indonesia said, smiling. I guess my research will have to wait for another day, Japan thought. Indonesia was one of the only people who's secret Japan didn't know yet. Time to uncover some other secrets. She thought.

I actually really like to write Japan's parts, because she's so secretive and uncovers so many secrets. So you'll see more of that.
