The break up

"I'll walk you home,if you want." Mike said after Lucas had walked away

"yeah sure" Will said turning to Mike who was putting on his jacket

Mike and Will walked to Will's house joking around. Mike held Will's hand tighter when but hidden as Trevor walked by ignoring them because of their last interaction. They had arrived at Will's house. Mike and Will leaned against the railing on the porch. 

"Do you have to leave?" Mike said pulling Will into a tight hug

"No but you have to" Will said falling into the hug

"I wish I had just never started dating El. If she even liked me in the first place." Mike said letting out a sigh 

"Yeah but you have to do it" Will said seriously trying to tighten up again but it was nearly impossible in the hug Mike had started

"Alright fine i'll see you later" Mike said letting go of the smaller boy

"Call me after you do it" Will said getting off the porch railing

"One more thing." Mike said pulling Will into a very passionate kiss

"I'll see you later daddy " Will said walking inside closing the door behind him leaving Mike smiling

Mike had been walking whistling to El.'s house  for a while in silence. The only thing he could think about was how his name in Will's phone was daddy and he no longer went red when Mike called him baby. Mike saw Hoppers car and immediately got really bad anxiety. Mike walked up to the door kicking rocks to the side not knowing how El. would take the break up. Mike got to the door, slowly knocked. He waited looking at the floor waiting for an answer. 

"Hey Mike" Hopper said rolling his eyes thinking he was just there to make out with El.

"Can El. come out?" Mike said looking up at Hopper

"Where are you guys going?" Hopper asked

"Just to the park." Mike said looking down again

"Ok, i'll go get her" Hopper said walking into the house

"Hey Mike, whats up?" El. said walking out the  house closing the door

"Can we talk at the park or somewhere other than here?" Mike said looking up at El.

"Yeah sure." El. said walking off the porch with Mike

The two walked to the park in silence. Mike was trying to figure out how to break up with El..  The two kids arrived at the park. Mike lead El. to a bench by the playground.

"So what did you want to talk about?" El. asked sitting down next to Mike

"I have to tell you something important." Mike said looking up at El. with a serious look on his face

"I have something important to tell you too." El. said

"Ok you go first." Mike said 

"No you go first you said you had something to tell me first." El. said as Mike took a breathe

"I.......I cheated on you and I don't think I really like you." Mike said looking down at the ground

"Good glad we feel the same way cause I also cheated on you." El. said making Mike look up

"Is that all?" Mike asked kind of glad

"No, I don't think I like boys" EL. said looking down

"Thats ok if it makes you feel better I like Will." Mike said continuing to look down at the ground trying to make El. feel more comfortable

"I think I like Max" El. said looking at Mike

"I think it would be best if we broke up." Mike said looking up at El.

"Yeah I think so too." El. said calmly

"Alright, uhm are you ok?" Mike asked pulling El. into a hug

"Yeah you?" El. said hugging Mike back

"Yeah." Mike said 

"We're still friends right?" El. asked

"If you still want to be" Mike said

"Yeah I do" El. said smiling

"Alright  I'll walk you home." Mike said standing up

"Alright so, you and Will, uh?"El. said as they walked out of the park

"Yeah, So just a question you don't have to tell me the answer if you don't want to but, what are you in the LGBTQ+ community?" Mike asked

"I'm pansexual." El. said 

"Cool" Mike said

"What are you?" El. asked

"I'm Bisexual" Mike said
