It was raining this morning. Damp and cool. Marinette got her school stuff and notices Adrien knocking on the glass.
"Oh, that's Adrien!" Sabine said.
"Yup, that's him!" Marinette exclaims.
Marinette walks out the door with a jacket.
"Hey Marinette! How are you?" he asks.
"I'm good." she replies.
"Huh, no hoodie for that jacket?"
"Yeah, the hoodie got ripped out since it broke."
"No suturing it up?"
"Nope, they don't know how to sew."
"Well, I have an umbrella. Wanna walk together?"
"Sure!" she exclaims.
(Scene change)
"Hey lovebirds, how you doing?" Alya asks.
The both of them giggle at each other.
"We're good, how about you?" Adrien asks.
"I'm great, my astronomy blog is getting attention lately from NASA."
"Woah? NASA? You're so lucky!" Marinette exclaims.
The bell rings a few times repeatedly and everyone goes to class. Marinette's class goes into Ms. Bustier's class for the day. Marinette and Adrien sat together in the front with Alya and Nino in the back.
"Hello everyone as you all know, you have a test on "The Three Musketeers" this morning. You'll have about 20 minutes to finish this so try your best." Ms. Bustier explains.
The class works on the test silently.
"Oh, Marinette, Adrien, and Lila, please go into Mr. Damocles office now." Ms. Bustier requests.
The three of them walks out the door kinda confused.
(Scene change)
Marinette opens the door and enters his office.
"Please, have a seat." Mr. Damocles said.
"So, why did you call us in?" Adrien asks.
"It's about the cheating incident. Before you say anything, we have concluded that Lila's testimony is false." he explains.
"Wait, you now believe me?" Marinette asked him, hopeful.
"Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste, you're officially not getting reprimands. Lila Rossi, you're officially expelled from this school, now get out!" he said until he yells at Lila.
Lila stands up and throws the chair at the door, breaking it.
"Lila, calm down." Adrien said.
She then stomps out the door and cries afterwards. They can all hear her crying even outside the school.
"Thank you Mr. Damocles for believing I'm innocent." Marinette said to him, thanking him.
"You're welcome Marinette." he said.
"Sorry for not believing you this time, it was stupid." Adrien said to her.
"I forgive you, I'm pretty mad at Lila that she manipulated you." she said and touches his hand.
"Now, both of you go back to class, I'll find a way to fix the door and the chair." Mr. Damocles said to them.
The both of them walked back to class together.
(Scene change)
"Oh, Marinette and Adrien? Where's Lila?" Ms. Bustier said.
"She's expelled for her lying and misconduct." Adrien said to her.
"Wait, she's expelled? That's not right." Nino said.
"Well, you should all learn that all of you are manipulated to believing her lies. And if you do that often, she'll do more of it." Marinette explains.
The class muttered some stuff about Lila and eventually agreed that they don't like Lila.
"Anyways, the both of you will finish your test tomorrow. In the meantime, here's a project on the story you read this week." Ms. Bustier said and handed them tablets.
The both of them sit down at their seats satisfied that Lila being expelled made everyone happy and kinda mad.
