I soon was leaving the school with Paige. "I have so much homework!" Paige said annoyingly. "Same." I said looking at Chase as he talked to his friends. "What are you looking at?" Paige asked. I walked toward Chase as his friends left him to go home. "You didn't answer my question!" Paige yelled after me. I ignored her easily as my focus was on Chase. "Hey, Chase!" I said to him as I brushed my side bangs to the side. He looked at me alarmingly at first, then realizing it was that strange girl he ran into earlier. "Oh hi." He replied. I heard distant yelling but I couldn't tell. I was dazed by just looking at him. He was so cute with his black hair covering a bits of his face. I noticed all the details on him in that very short moment. I felt a yank and came out of my dream state. "COME ON!!" Paige screamed pulling me towards the car. "Bye Chase!!" I yelled to him. He then waved to me. Paige forcefully pushed me into the car and seat belted me in. She got in and shut the door and said, "Go mom, GO!" "Ok, ok." She said as she pulled away. "Who was that?" Paige asked. "Just a guy I met." I replied. "Ok. Bye!" Paige said just a couple minutes later as I got out of the car. "Bye!" I yelled back.
