Seven.

Tuesday May 28th 2019, 7:30pm

After Colby and I arrived at my
apartment I grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt out of my dresser to change into. "I'm just gonna go change" I said walking into the bathroom.

Colby's P.O.V:

As Maddy walked into the bathroom to change I sat down on her couch and admired all the things she had in her apartment. She had posters on the wall of vintage tattoo magazines, and video game posters. She had a lot of makeup and boxes of hair dye on her vanity. She had a teddy bear on her bed that had a police uniform on. She had a clothing rack set up next to her bed with dresses, jackets and sweaters and boots and shoes on the bottom. She had good style from what I could see the the outfits she's been wearing. I then moved my eyes over to her tv stand, she had a PS4 with a stack of video games next to it, my kinda girl.

Maddy then came out of the bathroom in sweatpants a black t-shirt and her hair in a messy bun and she had taken all her makeup off. She was so naturally beautiful it was insane. I couldn't stop staring at her as she threw her dirty clothes into her laundry bin.

"I-I like your fallout posters" I spoke up after shaking my eyes from staring at this gorgeous girl in front of me.
"Oh thanks! It's one of my favourite games." she replied as she sat next to me on the couch. "Me too. What's your top favourite?" I asked. "One hundred percent bioshock" as she said that her eyes lit up. "That game is sick. Do you have it?" I asked "yeah, why?"
"Well if you want you can play it and I can watch the gaming expert at work" I said smiling "oh no I don't wanna just play while you watch" she said so sweetly. "No honestly it's cool. I enjoy watching people play video games and if I want a turn I'll let you know." Her eyes lit up even more as she jumped off the couch to grab her controller that was on the charging station. She quickly turned on her PS4 and the game was already loaded onto the screen. "I may have been playing before dinner" she said with a giggle.

As I sat there and watched her play video games I couldn't help but admire how pretty she was when she's focused on something. The way she could get frustrated every time she would die in the game was so cute. I haven't fallen for a girl this quickly since my first girlfriend back in Kansas. Maddy was something else, she was unique, fun, interesting to talk to and we had a lot in common. I wanted her to be mine so badly but we've only known each other a few days, is it insane to like someone this much after only knowing them a few days? That's the question that's been haunting me since I started to like Maddy. I just wanna know if she feels the same way about me.

"Do you wanna play?" She said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Oh no I'm alright, how about we watch a movie instead?" I suggested "sure that sounds great." Then Maddy pulled up Netflix on her tv and we looked through the movies together.
"Ou can we watch Sucker Punch?" She asked and her eyes lit up once again, meaning this was a movie she loved. "Never seen it, so why not" I replied "you've never seen sucker punch?" She said in shock "well you're in for a treat." She played the movie and we sat back to watch.

Half way through the movie, a good movie might I add Maddy had moved closer to me...she would slightly move closer or get up to get something and sit back down but it was closer to me every time until she was fully next to me where our bodies were touching. I wanted to put my arm around her or on her thigh or something, so I just went for it. I decided to put my arm around her because the hand on the thigh might make her think I'm looking for something when that's not what I want...well not yet anyways.

Maddy's P.O.V

He put his arm around me, Holy fuck. I thought to myself. I feel so safe and comfortable in his arms, it's incredible how one person can make you feel as if no one in this whole world can touch you. He's so warm and he seemed so confident in the move he just pulled. I want to text my group chat with the girls about this right now but I don't want to ruin the moment going on between us so I'll just resist the urge to do so until he goes home.

The movie was finally done and it was getting late, I could tell Colby was tired and probably wanted to head out. "I loved that movie, good choice Maddy." He said with a smile "why thank you Colby" I replied back to his kind comment. "Alright well I should probably get going" I nodded as he spoke and got up from the couch, grabbed his keys off the counter and headed for the door. I got up and showed him out. "Thanks for having me over Maddy, see you again soon?" He asked and I opened the door for him. "Yes of course. See ya later" I said as he walked out and before I could close the door his hand stopped me and he pushed it open. "Did you forget something?" I asked confused "yeah...this" And then Colby grabbed my face and kissed me with passion. I kissed him back and everything about it felt right, he was an amazing kisser might I add. He pulled away still holding my face "Wow" I said and he just chuckled. "Sorry, I-I just really wanted to kiss you...I hope it's alright I did.." he seemed worried "it's more than alright Colby." I said smiling "okay cool. Alright...I'll see you later Maddy" he said and then he was gone.
