Your p.o.v
I was casually walking to school.Keeping my head down, avoiding eye contact with anyone.Music was blasting through my earphones.I was listening to my favourite song: Mr. Hollywood by RYYZN (amazing song btw).
I heard a faint shout that was louder than my music. I took one earphone out and turned around.
"WATCH OUT!"
I saw someone running to me.Before i could react, i found myself on the ground. My hands were scrapped and my knee was bleeding.
"Oh god! I'm so sorry!"
I looked up, only to find a really tall guy staring at me.
He put his hand out and helped me up.I felt my face grow red as he awkwardly smiled.
He had black hair that looked like it was gelled down.His smile was big and genuine but a bit creepy too.
"I'm sorry, i wasn't looking where i was going..", he said, scratching the back of his neck with a faint blush on his cheeks.
"It's..okay."
I turned around and kept walking to school.
'Just keep walking.God, how awkward! He was so cute too! And my dumb ass was in his way!'
I finally arrived at the gates to school. As i was making my way to class, i heard someone call my name. I turned around and saw denki, my best friend since childhood.
"Hey Y/N!"
I smiled at him, "Hey pikachu, how are you?"
"Great! But what was wrong this morning?"
"Huh?"
"When you ran from sero?"
"What? Who's sero?"
"My mate! He's the one who accidentally ran into you this morning."
"OH! That was your mate?!"
"Yea! He's awesome! But he was wondering why you ran away from him."
"I didn't know he was your friend.I guess i was just embarrassed.Its not everyday some guy just pushes me over on accident."
"Well, he wants to apologise to you again.He didn't mean to hurt your knee."
I sighed, "of course he didn't. What class is he in?"
"Our class!"
"Seriously?!"
I was shocked, but a bit happy too. How did i never realize we were in the same class?
"Yup!"
"Okay, just tell him to meet me in class at lunch."
"Oooo! The two of you, alone.In a classroom.What could go wrong?"
He smirked at me.
"Shut up.", i said with a grin.
Denki ran off and i continued my journey to class. When i got there,
I spotted midoriya and bakugou. They were glaring at each other. I walked right in front of them - because that's where my seat was - and sat down.
"Hello Y/N!", said midoriya as he noticed my presence. He had a big smile on his face and a blush on his cheeks.
"Good morning midoriya, how are you?"
"really good! Me and uraraka walked to school together and had the funnie-"
"I bet you did.", interrupted bakugou.
I turned around to face him, "couldn't let him finish could you?"
He grinned, "nope."
I rolled my eyes.
I turned back around to face midoriya, "he must be on his period."
Midoriya snickered.
"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!", shouted the explosive hedgehog.
"I said-", i stood up and faced him, "you must be on your period."
He growled, "do you have a death wish?"
He stood up and we stared at each other mercilessly.
Thats when the door opened and kaminari and sero stepped into the room.
"Uh..whats going on here?", asked kaminari.
"This bitch is getting on my nerves.", replied bakugou.
Sero butted into the conversation too, "Bakugou, chill." He looked at me, sympathy in his eyes, "He didn't hurt you though, right?"
"Of course not. If he tried to, he'd be dead."
I spat my words out with venom dripping off my tongue.
Bakugou truly disgusted me.His behaviour towards teachers and other students was foul.Though he didn't see that himself, it was clear to everyone else that his ego was bigger than his brain.He never had a thought process.It was always about winning and scaring everyone else.But he didn't scare me at all.I saw through his bullshit, and he knew that.
Sero and kaminari went to their seats at the front of the class.
I kept my eyes on bakugou, knowing he'd try to hit me in some way.
"You're a smart girl.Ugly, but smart none the less."
"Watch your mouth, asshole."
He chuckled. "You better teach your girlfriend a lesson sero, she has a naughty attitude.At this rate, ill end up kicking her ass.", snarled bakugou one last time before walking out the room.
"Huh!?", said sero.
He was confused and flustered.
I rolled my eyes and sat down in my seat. Thats when bakugous words hit me.
'Sero's..girlfriend??!! I'm not his girlfriend!! I'd like to be..some day..BUT I'M NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND RIGHT NOW!! WHAT A PRICK!'
My face went bright red as my mind began filling with thoughts of sero.
'God he's gorgeous..'
I looked at him. He was laughing with kaminari.
'That smile.I'd give anything to have that smile all to myself.'
I shook my head and sighed.
'I need serious help.'
Eventually, class had finished and lunch came around.I stayed in class, waiting for sero to get there so that we could talk.
As i stood by the window, enjoying the breeze, i heard the door open and shut.
"Nice weather, isn't it?", said sero.
I smiled, looking at the clear blue sky, "it is."
I took a deep breath of fresh air.
Sero walked over to me, standing beside me and looking at the sky too.
"I'm sorry for bumping into you this morning."
"Its alright, accidents happen."
"Your name is Y/N, right?"
"Yup."
"Y/N... I like that name."
He smiled widely and i smiled back.
"Thank you, i like yours."
"Mines average, but Y/N is a beautiful name!"
"Not really.", i chuckled.
" seriously! Its gorgeous!"
We both laughed.
He cleared his throat and faced me.
"Ya know, i've never really been good at asking girls out but.. Would you like to go on a date with me..?"
I smiled warmly, "I'd love to."
He blushed and mumbled, "Y-You're smile is so cute.."
I blushed aswell, "aww, you're so sweet!"
