After being raped, i never went out since. Amiyah felt bad because she left me to go fuss with tony leaving me by herself but i told her it wasn't her fault. The kids been worried about me also because since then i barely talk. I do talk to them but i been just on some other shit lately. So Miyah been staying in the guest bedroom and helping me with the kids and myself. She's an big help and the kids love them some nanny miyah.

after texting Kaine and dressing the twins i started getting dress and felt some liquid come up my throat so i ran into the bathroom and let everything out in the toilet. it stayed there for like 10 mins throwing up and feeling awful.
