I walked into Liberty on Thursday with one aim, to get Clay to finally ask Hannah on a date. Jeff and I had both devised a plan to get them together and it was going to work, we needed our ships to sail. I mean everyone knew they both liked each other but they were both too awkward to actually tell each other. My phone pinged as I walked over to my group of friends and I pulled it out, reading the text.
Jeff😎 Plan Clannah is in action! He said that he will ask her on a date next time he sees her. We're in the library, can you bring Hannah up?
Abi🥀 Give me five and we will be there! Fingers crossed this all workes out and our ship finally sails aha🤞
Jeff😎 Okay, I'll be here waiting, fingers and toes are all crossed🤞😂
I giggled slightly at Jeff's last text as I reached the group and Monty looked at me. "What's so funny?" He asked, smiling. "Jeff just text me." I laughed and I could see Monty's smile drop slightly, I wanted to question him but I just shrugged it off. "Oh on the note of Jeff, Hannah can you come with me real quick? He said he needs to speak to us, he's in the library." I asked and she nodded. "I mean sure but why would he need to speak to us." She asked. "No clue." I acted oblivious, "See you guys later." Everyone muttered a 'see you later' except Monty, who simply ignored me. I frowned slightly and decided I would ask him about it later.
*Time Skip*
We made it to the library and I spotted Jeff and Clay, sat at a table together, almost instantly. "Clay's here?" Hannah raised her brow and I simply just grinned. "Yep!" I popped my P and I could tell that she knew something was going to happen. "Hey Jeffreyyy!" I giggled as we reached the boys and he rolled his eyes, jokingly. "We will leave you two to it." Jeff said to Clay and he got up. I followed him to the other side of the library and we watched the events that played out in front of us with huge smiles on our faces.
