where do you meet? where did we meet, actually we meet in pizza hut. my family and his were both eating supper, him being a franzich and me a y/l/n, our dads grew up together.
would you say you are high school sweet hearts? yeah i guess you can say that. we started dating freshman year but after that went our separate ways but our family's always keep in contact.
what was your life after high school? well that's where i'm gets complicated. i went off to college with my boyfriend at the time and jonah went to college in texas with his girlfriend
and after college? well for me i didn't last in college. i got homesick, even though i was in the same state. i came home, i got a job, and meet a boy i would regret meeting later on in life.
who is he? well he is my first husband. we meet through friends got together and then got married 6 months later and a year after that we were divorced.
what happened with your relationship? how i said i would regret it later in life, we'll i did. we moved to fast and by that i didn't have time to see that he wasn't the one for me. he wasn't the type of guy that i wanted. he could never keep a job, he was an alcoholic, and he would always spend our money on beer. after that at times i didn't think i was going to find the right person for me.
why did you think that? because the one that was right for me was in texas about to get married. i thought about him everyday. i thought i lost him for good, until i got a phone call
so you're saying jonah is the one you wanted to be with and who called you? yeah, was always who i want to be with. Jonah's mom is who called me. my grandmother had recently passed away and she was call to say she was sorry for my loss. we got to talking and i asked her when they were leaving to go to texas for the wedding. that's when she stopped talking for a second. she said "oh there's not going to be a wedding, she decided to cheat on jonah with her professor and they ran off together". i told carrie i was sorry to hear that, but her response is was surprised me the most. she said she felt bad for her son of course, but she always kind of hope that we would end up together. to tell you the truth, i hoped the same thing.
so what happened with jonah? well he graduated college and came back home in october of 1997.
and how do you know that? while carrie and i were on the phone she gave me his address so i could send him letters. we got back in contact and once he came home. we when out to catch up and that's when we stared dating again.
so what happened after that? jonah went back to texas to get all his stuff and came back home on december 6th, 1997 on february 7th of 1998 he asked me to be his wife and december 12th,1998 we said i do.
you don't think you moved to fast? no..not at all. after all we have been married for 20 years now
to tell you the truth, this is my mom and dads love story. that is why it is before jonah is born. so the dates and everything that happened is true, except my mom had my sister in her first marriage but my dad adopted her after they got married but i didn't know how to add that in so i didn't. so everything is the same besides that and the names of course.
