"Hey jo, are you ready to go" I ask Jonah from the bottom of the steps.
We are are on our way Mexico for a little vacation with Daniel, Franny, my friend Audrey and her boyfriend Chris, Corbyn and some girl named Autumn (made up name).
"Yeah I'm coming" he said walking down the steps with his suitcase

We made it to Mexico. We are all settled in at the hotel and are making are way down to the beach.
When we get down to the lobby they order 6 surf board to rent. While they are doing that Audrey and I head down to the beach since we brought our own board.
We are waxing our boards down when I see the rest of them coming out with theirs, but i also see this Autumn girl getting a little too handsy with jonah. I brush it off with an eye roll and go back to doing what I was doing.
"Hey jo can you help me with my board. I don't think I'm doing this right" autumn ask and she gets another eye roll from me. "Umm yeah sure"
I'm putting my surf shirt on and I hear someone say "why are you putting on a shirt, don't you want to get tan" I look up at her "yeah but I also don't want to get cut up by the reef if I fall off my board" "then stay on the board" "easier said than done" "okay then why didn't we get one" "because you didn't bring one" I said in an obvious tone and then ran to the water
Jonah pov
I'm on the beach helping autumn wax up her board. She just staring at me and I just give her a little smile.
Once I was done she gave me a hug to thank me. When she let go she was a little to close and then she just grabs my face and kissed me. I push her off "what was that" "me kissing you lips" she said as she pulled me back in, I push her off again "yeah no don't do that" "now why not jo" "because I have a girlfriend" "I don't see her" and i point out to the water at y/n
Y/N pov
I'm catching my last wave and as it wendling out I realize it's not going to take me all the way to shore so I was just going to hop off of it and paddle back in, but I hopped off to soon and go tumbling into the water.
Once I come up I get back on my board and paddle back the other way because that was not going to be my last ride.
As I ride my last wave out, I get to shore and walk back up to everyone.
"Oh my gosh y/n you're bleeding" everyone turns and looks at me "where" "under your eyebrow" I wipe my eyebrow and a bunch of blood is now on my hand. "I guess that shirt didn't help you" "I'm bleeding on my face...dumbass" I mumbled that last part.
I go to the lifeguard stand with Jonah to have them look at it
"It doesn't look to bad..we will just put these two bandages on there and it will pull the skin back together"
After that we are walking on the beach to go back up to our room.
It was silent almost an awkward silence all you could hear was the waves crashing on to the sand
"You okay" he ask breaking the silence. "Yeah I'm fine" I said giving him a little smile, he just nods his head.
Back up to the room
"I'm going to hop in the shower and get ready for dinner tonight" I tell Jonah as soon as we get into the room.
I walk into the bathroom and take my swimsuit off and start the water
