Mia POV

Waiting for Calum was annoying, I had nothing to do, boring. I got up and headed to my bedroom and picked up my phone and dialled in my mums number.

"Hey sweetie, how's California" she asked so sweetly.

"Hi, it's great, mum I want you to be honest with me, no more lying"

"What do you mean, no more lying" she asked slowly.

"Calum, dad you said he ran away when I was five, he didn't did he, that man was my step farther, my bio-"

"Hunny, what are you talking about, who's Calum" she asked again worry clear in her voice.

"You know who I'm taking about, you had an affair, didn't you" I cried into the phone.

"No hun-"

"Don't fucking lie to me, Calum told me, they left when I was two" I spat at the women.

"Hunny, Im sorry, I thought it was best for you to think that-"

"Don't talk to me again, I want nothing to do with you"

"Hunny you can't-" I hung up before so could continue, then the door went. Calum I thought.

I ran to the door and opened it, only it wasn't Calum, nor any of the boys, it was Shay.

"Well, look who I have hear" he said trying to stand inside of my home.

"W..what do you want" I stumbled on words.

"Why you sweetie" he said a devilish smirk playing on his lips,

"Go- go away" I hesitated, I know what he's capable of.

"No so cocky anymore are we"he said, his eyes turning a dark shade.

I tried to close the door but he placed his foot in the way. "What do you think your doing"

I ignored his question "How do you know I live hear"

"I do know people who live hear, and your little sister shit one when she saw me, she's a bitch right"

"What did you do to her"

"Oh, now why would I tell you that, she's a feisty one, well more of a hand full" he laughed to himself.

"You di-didn't" I felt tears making their way down my face.

"Oh but I did" he laughed again.

I move from the door and ran into my bedroom only the be court by his big hands taking me and throwing me on the sofa.

"Please, don't" I cried trying to gain my breath.

"Bitches get punished" he laughed un zipping his pants and pulling down mine.

"No please I'm so-"

"What the fuck do you think your doing" I heard someone shout from the door way.

Luke POV

After that little performance with the lads, I thought ill go and see Mia, maybe go to Starbucks first.

When I was in their I called her to see what she wanted but she didn't pick up, it went straight to voice mail. So I decided just a hot chocolate (I've never been, so I dunno what they sell)

While I was walking into the flat I noticed a car I've never seen their but thought nothing of it.

"Don't wanna be an American idiot" I heard playing from my pocket heading into to the elevator.

"Hello" I answered not checking caller I.D

"Hey, man where are you, Mikey said you just got up and left" Ashton spoke.

"Oh, I'm on my way to see Mia" I said getting out of the lift and walking to her door. "Huh" I said out loud.

"What's wrong" Ashton asked worry clear in his voice.

"The front door is open" I said taking a step inside. I looked around hearing nosies, more like cries.

"Ay mate were gonna come round and see if-"

"What the fuck do you think your doing" I shouted looking down at the man on top of Mia. "Get the fuck off her" I spat dropping the phone and drinks on my way.

I raged the man of her "Run" I shouted "Get my phone too" she did as I said picking it up an heading towards the door.

"Who the fuck do you think you are" I said aiming for the lads face with my fist.

I punched him a few times and throw him to the floor kicking his ribs.

"Stop" he cried curling him self into all.

"Your pathetic" I spat letting the man go, only he didn't. "Fucking leave you dick"

"Oh, I'm not leaving till I get what's mine" he said standing up, about to punch me, but having an advantage because of my hight.

"Mate, get the fuck out" I shouted pushing him to the floor as his fist hit my nose coursing it to crack.

"What the fucks going on hear" Michael shouted running into the room.

"He tried to rape Mia" I said keeping on foot on the man.

"It's not rape if she enjoys it" He spat from the floor.

"Enjoys it, ENJOYS IT THE GIRL WAS CRYING FOR HELP" I shouted.

"What the fuck" Mikey said kicking the man and picking him up.

"Your sick" Mike spat running him to the lift "Get the fuck out of hear" he thrown the man to the floor and pressed the button to the ground.

"Fucking come back and ill kill you" I spat at the weak man.
