The following morning Caroline got a call from Jonathan asking if she could help him hang posters about Will at school, of course, she agreed. That morning their mom was still in bed when they had already dressed and went downstairs to make breakfast, so when they were finished and about to go fetch Valerie they left a note saying that they went to school and that they love her.
Caroline hadn't slept properly, she was lying in bed, staring at the ceiling until late last night which resulted in her putting on makeup and having a lot of coffee this morning to cover up the fact that she hadn't slept and couldn't stop thinking about Will, she was scared of what he could be going through or where he was and she still kept on blaming herself.

Caroline pulled up into the school parking lot and parked in her usual spot. Her, Alexis and Valerie got out the car and made their way into the halls of Hawkins High. She walked over to the news board where Jonathan was currently hanging missing person poster about Will. The second she saw him she could tell that he had been crying and that he hadn't slept at all. She immediately pulled him into a hug knowing that he needed it.
Steve, Alexis, Valerie and the rest of that group had been watching the whole thing and quite frankly Steve was frustrated. The fact that his best friend hadn't shown up to school the day before and instead of going to find him she went straight to him, Jonathan.
" Steve, calm down. He needs her right now." Valerie told him.
Nancy had decided to walk over to the duo with a sorrowful expression and they both looked up at her.
" Hey." Nancy said
" Hey Nance" She replied
" I just... I wanted to say, you know, um. I'm sorry about everything." She stuttered
They all glanced over to the group that Nancy had come from who had been watching everything, Lexi and Val sent small smiles to the trio.
" Everyone's thinking aout you. It sucks."
" Yeah." Jonathan replied.
"I'm sure he's fine. He's a smart kid" Nancy bit her lip as she spoke right before the bell rang for first period.
" I have to go, Chemistry test." Nancy told the two, Care had recalled helping Lexi with flashcards, when they got home the night before.
