Simon's Pov
I look over at Amanda nervous as I feel for the special box in my pocket, "Are you ready to go yet?" I asked
"Yes, where are you taking me though?" Amanda asked taking my hand in hers
"That's a surprise" I smiled pinching her nose
"Ugh, you know I hate surprises" Amanda whined trying to hide her smile
"You'll love this one" I smiled, 'hopefully' I think to myself as I lead her to the car
"Can you give me a hint?" She asked getting into the car
"Not a chance, in fact I need to blind fold you" I said closing her door and getting into the drivers seat quickly
"What? Why?" Amanda laughed
"Cause you can't know until we get there" I chuckled "Now put this on" I smiled handing her the blindfold
"Fine, this better be good" Amanda laughed taking the blindfold and putting it on
"I'm planning it being amazing" I smiled starting the car and driving to the spot
"Now why can't I know where you are taking me?" Amanda asked placing her hand on my thigh

"If I tell you it would no longer be a surprise love" I laughed "And you can keep trying to seduce me but im still not going to tell you" I chuckled
"You are so stubborn" Amanda laughed "But i'm still going to try get you to tell me" Amanda smiled stopping her hand right on top of my crotch
"I'm not going to say a thing about it but you can keep your hand there if you want" I laughed quickly taking the ring out of my pant pocket and putting it in my suit jacket
"I'll get it soon enough" Amanda grinned palming me through my pants

"Thank you" Amanda smiled as I lead her down a pathway lit up by lanterns to a small table for just the two of us
"You can take off the blindfold now" I smiled taking it off for her
"Oh my god" She gasped looking at the beautiful surrounding on the top of a mountain right by the ocean, "Did you do all this?" Amanda asked looking around her in utter shock
Amanda's pov
I look around us at all the lights in the trees and the pathway, there was also a table set up for two, I can also hear the ocean but I cant see it which kinda sucks but every else makes up for it.
"I got a little bit of help but I did plan everything" Simon said giving me a goofy grin
"You are so sweet" I smiled hugging him as tight as I possibly could
"I know, I'm the best boyfriend ever" Simon joked hugging me back
"You are" I laughed
"Lets eat" Simon laughed leading me to the table
"Thank you" I smiled as he pulled back the chair for me like a true gentleman
"Its my pleasure" Simon smiled right as a waiter came out of nowhere
"That was amazing" I smiled at him after we ate and he payed
"I'm glad you enjoyed it, but I do have another surprise" Simon smiled standing up and offering me his hand
"You're just full of surprises today aren't you?" I chuckled taking his hand and letting him pull me up
"Just today" Simon smiled leading me down the path again
"Where are you taking?" I asked smiling
"To the cliff so you can see the beach" Simon said smiling at me
"Oh, I love the beach" I smiled
"I know that's why I'm doing this here" Simon smiled
"Doing what here?" I asked confused
"It's just a little thank you" Simon smiled as we stopped by the cliff
"For what?" I asked
"For helping get through my PTSD and never giving up on me even when I wanted to give up and for everything else between that, now turn around and look at the beach" Simon smiled, I laughed turning around and looking down at the beach. When I looked down my laughter died in my lips and gasped as I looked down at the lanterns place in a heart shape with 'Will you marry me?' in the middle of it, I turned around still shocked and found Simon behind me on one knee with a beautiful diamond ring in a small box.
"Amanda Holden will you marry me?" Simon asked smiling nervously up at me
"Yes" I said as happy tears streamed down my cheek as Simon placed the ring on my finger. He got up with tears also in his eyes and kissed me passionately so I kissed him back just as passionately
"Thank you so much, I love you more than you could ever imagine" Simon whispered hugging me tight against his body and I cried happily into his chest.
