Emilie's eyes were wide open and her jaw was on the floor. "Nicki?" Is all she managed out. He walked over to her and gave her a bear hug. "I missed you so much. God I swear you shrink an inch or two when ever I visit." Emilie slapped his chest and hugged him again. "Ooh Emy I have a surprise for you." She pulled away from Nicolas and stared at him in anticipation. "What is? Is it a puppy, or a unicorn or... *Gasps* is it bacon pancakes wrapped in honey flavoured pink sauce?" Everyone except her brother looked at her strangely. "What? I'm just asking. So what is it?" He walked over to a young lady, sitting on one of the couches and smiles at Emilie.

She walked over to her brother, hiding behind his back, curiously watching the girl. "Who's the pretty woman over there?" He chuckled softly and pulled Emilie out from behind him. "Emilie, this is Avary, my girlfriend, and the bearer of your niece and nephew, Lucas and Lillian." Emilie nearly fainted. "Wait slow down. So your the girlfriend, Avary?" Emilie gestured to the girl. She nodded and engulfed Emilie into a hug. "It's so nice to finally meet you. Your douchebag of a brother over there didn't want me meeting you until you were ready." Emilie snickered and Nicolas rolled his eyes. "Honestly, I just think that he was keeping me to himself." She whispered into Emilie's ear.

"So, now that we are here, I'd just like to thank you Mr. And Mrs. Ivy for everything you've done for the little goofball and I'd like to talk with Liryle, privately." Nicolas pulled Liryle the 'talk'and threatened him a bit, while the girls got to know each other a little.

"Are you girls ready to go see the house?" Nicolas said. "House?" "Yeah. We did you think we'd be staying?" Emilie scratched her neck awkwardly. "I didn't think about that. Well let's go." Nicolas smiled widely at his sister.

She's been doing good. I love seeing her happy again. Her life has been terrible and I couldn't help her, but I can now. Charissa will never hurt her again. Nicolas thought to himself as he got into the car and drove to the house.

When they finally reached the house, Emilie and Liryles' jaw dropped. "It's huge!!!" They said in unison. "That's what she said." Nicolas commented, pointing at a blushing Avary. "Want to see the inside?" Avary asked as she unlocked the front door. The house was big enough to fit an entire family of elephants, according to Emilie, which was quite an exaggeration because it was only a double storey house. "There's 4 rooms, one for Avary and I, one for you, one for the twins and a guest room, there's also a gaming room-which was originally the attic-3 bathrooms and the basement is where the laundry room will be. Now we're just waiting for the moving vans and this idiots pay for this month and we'll get the twins stuff." Avary explained while giving them a tour of the house.

"What colour is my room gonna be?" Emilie asked as she walked in. The walls were all white but her imagination started working. "Anything you want. You're designing your room and the twins room." Nicolas said, pulling Avary close to him. Emilie's eyes lit up. She had a passion for interior designing, and always wanted to do it but she never thought she'd be able to start so soon. "Ok. I need to know when these twins are due and the budget for the rooms." Nicolas, Avary and Liryle smiled at her, Liryle saw the determination burning in her soul. "Well, they are due two months from now, so we have plenty of time." Emilie sighed in relief. This is gonna be a long two months.
