Chapter 19: They'll come around.

"Ma. Pa. I-I-I'm... lesbian." Her voice crack at the end. Her parents went from shock to anger. "Wat!"(what in Afrikaans) She winced at her father's tone. "Yes, and Alex is my girlfriend, not just my Afrikaans study budy." Her head hung in shame and Alex was trying to calm her down. "Jy is ook 'n skande vir hierdie gesin jou bledy stik gemors! Kry jou sakke en fok uit my huis nóú!" Her eyes started watering and she was confused. "Wat beteken jy! Sy's nog steeds 'n mens!" He glared at Haygen. "Sy is 'n sonde! En EK soek nie haar in MY HUIS! IN DIE GESIN! Ek so eerder 'n VARK VIR 'N KIND HÊ!" I was taken aback. Erin stood up and left, tears running down her like a waterfall. Alex went with her and Haygen just glared at his father. "Pa. Dink mooi vir 'n bietjie. Sy's nogsteeds jy dogter-" "NEE! My dogter so nooit iets soos die doen!" I couldn't listen anymore. "I'm sorry, I have to leave. You are all really lovely people but I think I like I'm intruding in your family-" "Jy sit op jou gat nou!" He pointed at me and I quickly sat down, to frightened to face his wrath. "Nou gaan jy te vêr! Jy kan my straf al jy wil, maar jy moet nooit weer vir Emilie so praat nie! Sy het emosies en 'n hart van 'n angel! En jy het geen reg op haar! Verstaan jy vir my?!" He got up and took my hand and pulled me away. We reached a room and I saw Erin sitting on a bed crying. "They hate me don't they?" Alex wiped her tears away and Haygen helped her. "Don't say that babe. They're just confused. They'll come around." I looked her reassuringly. "Erin if you want, you can come stay with me till everything dies down." She smiled slightly and got up. "Thanks Em."

After some packing we headed for home. We took Haygen's car and he asked if he could stay too.

"Nick, Avary, I'm home!" Avary came downstairs and smiled. "You're home early, it's only 3.30 now, what happened?" I smiled. "Um. A surprise sleepover." She nodded and we took the stuff upstairs. "Where are we sleeping?" "Erin can bunk in my room and I'm bunking with the twins. Haygen can decide where he's gonna sleep."

I heard the twins and I went to their room. "Hey Lucas. Hey Lillian. How are you two?" I realised that they can't talk but they have the cutest gurgles. "You two are so big now. You're already 7 months old." I played with the two babies who were sitting on the floor. Lillian grabbed my finger and put it in her mouth. "Haygen, can you please sit with me and Erin go get some rest." I command them as they walked into the room. "What about me?" Alex asked as Haygen started playing with Lucas. "Go with her, just please don't mess up the place." Erin cracked a ghost smile and Alex led her out.

"Wanna make out?" I looked at him thinking about this. "Ok but first the twins have to leave."
Random A/N

I don't know how or why, but that so seems sketchy.
😅

He smirked and called Nick. "What's up?" Haygen explained and Nick sighed. "We have a guest room out back just use that." My mouth gaped. "And all this time you never told me!" He laughed and led us there.

"Now you can have sex in peace." He left and I noticed out of the corner of my eye a box on the dresser. I walked over to it and Haygen flopped onto the bed. "God it's a water bed! This is gonna be fun~" I giggled and opened the box and smirked. I picked up the box and threw it at Haygen. "Let's get this party started~" he came behind me and kissed my neck.

I woke up the next morning and I went to the bathroom. I finished their and went back to my room to get clothing. "Good morning Erin." She lazily waved and went back to sleep. This is what's going to happen every day I guess. I smiled to myself and left. I went back to the room and I found Haygen still sleeping peacefully. I kissed his forehead and laid next to him and fell asleep again.
