LYRA'S POV
Yesterday was perfect. No matter how brief our kissing session was, it never failed to make me smile to myself when thinking about it. Which happened to be all the time.
I cursed myself for saying I'd work a shift last night but I knew if I didn't leave to go to work I would have never had left him. When I broke our kiss yesterday, we both had goofy uncontrollable smiles on our faces. Well he had more of a smirk but I think he was happy. He reluctantly let me leave after sharing a few more pecks. He said he would come meet me after I had finished my shift but I think he got caught up in some work. It didnt bother me though. My mind was just swarmed with his kiss and his touch. That burning yet silky touch.
I was currently making myself some lunch, humming to myself a familiar tune, slightly swaying my hips. I hadn't seen anyone this morning but I know Kya said last night that the boys had some important meetings throughout last night so maybe they lasted longer than intended.
"There she is," Suddenly all happy thoughts were burned to the ground as I heard the taunting footsteps of Andrew prowl behind me. I had been lucky with avoiding him so far but it seemed as I became happy the world decided to shit on my parade.
"What do you want Andrew?" I turned round, placing my hands sternly on my hips and staring him down.
"Ooo fiesty, I wouldn't be so confident if I were you." I narrowed my eyebrows, as if silently questioning him why.
"Come on in boys." Suddenly Rico and Nico come in, not sparing me and glance and sorrowful looks etched on their face. They stalk towards me and hold both of my arms by my side, prohibiting me from moving away. They forced my hands behind my back, still not looking at me.
"Nico, what the hells going on?" I whisper to him hoping that he'll have a bit of sympathy for my confusion. He mutters out a little sorry and shakes his head, showing his disappointment.
"Please follow us Miss woods," Andrew bellows in a teasing manner, making me jerk my arms from the two men besides me. I look at them both in disbelief and huff in defeat, still maintaining my confident demeanour. Andrew still has a smug and proud look on his face as he turns to go down the hall, where Rico and Nico also lead me. My confusion and bewilderedness distracts me from actually concentrating on where we are going. That question is quickly answered when we arrive and halt at Sebastians office. I didn't realise I was holding my breath while we entered until I felt my throat tighten, begging for access.
As I enter, my nerves only triple as I see everyone gathered in the office. Even the girls Carmen, Nina, Kya and Erin are here but I succeed to notice their expressions. Carmen stares as I walk in with squinting eyes and unreadable expression. Nina keeps her head down and almost matches the same disappointed look that Nico wore. Erin and Kya both mimic the same shocked expressions with Kya having slightly blotchy eyes. I didn't have time to look at the guys on the other side of the room, as Andrew forcefully pushes me down to kneel in the middle of the floor, with everyone circled around me. Thats when I notice him. Leaning on the other side of his desk, back facing towards me. As I study him, I notice the slow rising of his broad shoulders as if he's trying to calm himself down. What the hell was going on?
"Sebastian, would you like me to begin?" Andrew asks, still beside me and holding down my shoulder. He doesn't reply but I do see the slight nod of his head. "Very well then."
