Vincent looked at her in horror, "NO ONE EVER SAID THAT SHE HAD BAD MOTION SICKNESS. What have I done?!?"

Vincent picked Maya's body up, planning to take her to the nurse.

I felt something in my body, it was like it was eating me from the inside, out. But it wasn't causing any real damage to me. Something heavy fell inside of me. I hated feeling guilty.

I followed Vincent and Maya to the nurse's office, with Marcus behind us, like a lost pup.

I came into the room, hearing Vincent and the nurse's conversation.

"Is she gonna be okay? I didn't mean to hurt her or anything, I didn't even know she had motion sickness. Really bad one at that." Vincent started first.

The nurse waved off at him, "Oh calm down, she's gonna be just fine. When she wakes up, she'll be having a painful headache, so give her these painkillers and Advil okay? And also, tell me when she does. I'm going to send a message to the principal real quick."

I watched as the nurse moved to the phone that sat on her desk, pressing a few buttons.

She smiled into the phone, "Hi, yes, may I speak to the principal please? It's the nurse... Yes, his daughter is sick.. Yes, she most likely will have to go home... Motion sickness... Pain killers and Advil... That would be okay, not like it's contagious. Yes, okay, good bye, have a nice day."

The nurse stood up again, stretching her stiff limbs out. "Alright, sit down children. The principal's coming to check out his daughter. So sit your butts down, and shut the hell up."

"The princi-"

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK.

"OPEN THE DOOR DAMMIT. MY DAUGHTER'S IN THERE. WHY THE HELL IS THIS EVEN LOCKED?!" An angry voice yells from behind the closed entrance. The owner of the scary voice began banging on the door, making me shrink towards Marcus.

Marcus then securely puts his arm around me, pushing me behind him a little. I feel his hands clench into fists, as he noticeably starts to sweat in fear.

No students in this school have seen the principal before, not even the teachers, well besides Maya of course. And that's a fact. The principal is one of the major rumors in this school. People are saying that the principal is 'young and hot', while others are saying that the principal is 'old and ugly'. Complete opposites.

"Uh- Y-Yes!! Mr. Woods!!" The nurse stuttered, opening the door a crack, before getting a peek at the principal and gaping up at him.

"Move out the way, staff person." He pushed aside her and forcefully came inside the room. "Where's my daughter?"

I stared at the mysterious guy, my mouth wide open. To put this short, the principal was hot. With his blueish, grey eyes, he scanned the room. I can't believe that was Maya's father, the principal. He had the same black hair as Maya, and he still looked like he was 20 or something!! He had that young, and childish face, and he appeared to be 6"0. He was like the dream guy for every girl.

I felt a small nudge, and looked up at Marcus. "What are we gonna tell him? About Maya?" He mouthed to me.

I shrugged, and nodded my head towards Vincent, who froze in place, scared of Maya's father. You could tell that Mr.Woods worked out, his muscles practically popped out of his shirt. Might as well take his shirt off.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BEAUTIFUL MAYA?!?!" Mr.Woods screamed, as if in pain. He reached the bed that his daughter laid on, and fell to his knees.

Vincent spoke up, "Uh. Sir? Maya had motion sickness.. And passed out.."

"AND WHOSE FAULT IS THAT?!?" He continued to scream, clutching Maya's hand like his life depended on it.

Vincent squirmed a little, "Uhh..." And mumbled something, but only Marcus and I knew what it was.

"What'd you say boy? Speak up!!"

"...mine sir.. it's my fault that Maya is like that.." Vincent paused to sigh in depression, "I didn't know.."

Mr.Woods jumped up, stomping his way over to Vincent. "So it was your ass that made my daughter like that? Life-long detention for you, 'til your out of highschool basically. What's your name?"

"Uhh. Vin-"

"Not Vincent." Someone coughed out.

"Well, Not Vincent- wait." He turned around towards Maya's direction, smiling wide.

"Dad," Maya continued, in a raspy voice, "Leave Vincent alone. He didn't know, it's fine."

"But-"

"No dad. Leave him alone. And all my other friends."

"Fine.." He sulked, trudging back to his office.

*~*~

It's been two days since the incident of Maya's motion sickness, which caused her to have to stay home during those two days. Now that she's back, our science teacher is planning a 2-week camping trip up North, where it's more nature like.

"Okay children, I'm going to hand out the forms to you, and please bring it back with your money by this Friday. Because next Monday is when we're leaving. I apologize for such short notice." The teacher said as she passed some forms to each table group.

I looked at Maya as she looked at me, we both began squealing in excitement. We've been waiting for this day to come, even though it was only like two months into the school year, but who cares!! We're going camping!!

We read the requirements to each other as we wrote down things that we're a must bring to the trip. Maya, being the book worm/nerd out of both of us, wrote down that she had to bring at least 5 books and a few video games with her. With the lists we wrote down, I was sure we were going to have at least 3 bags.

I looked at Maya in confusion as she stood up with her form already, "What are you doing? Sit down."

"I'm handing in my form." She said in a 'duh' voice.

I rolled my eyes at her, but nodded. I took the form out of her hands before she could get out of her chair. I wrote next to her name, making it look like her father was the one that actually wrote it. '& Riley Styles'

What? I knew my parents wouldn't sign it, they wouldn't even take a glance at it. I'll just make some excuse up like I always did in the past. It always worked.

"After school, we are going to the mall." Maya declared, fist pumping towards the ceiling.
