The story revolves around psychiatrist, Harleen Quinzel, as she falls in love with her patient, The Joker, the which shares stories of his dissent into madness as he transforms into the criminal mastermind that he is today.

After hearing The Joker's story, Harleen feels bad for him.
The Joker: "One bad day can turn you into a person like me"
Harleen: *sympathetic* "I'm deeply sorry"
The Joker: "No worries Harley"
The Joker then holds Harleen's hand, her heart starts to beat fast as she blushes.
Harleen: "Mr. J you're making me blush"
The Joker: *leaning in* "I wanna be that blush all over that pretty face"
The Joker and Harleen lean in close and close as they're about to share a kiss when all of a sudden Xavier comes through the door and interrupts them.
Xavier: "Jesus christ Dr. Quinzel!"
Harleen turns around very quickly.
Xavier: *with a douchebag smile* "Wait till I tell the administrator about this"
Harleen: *panicking* "No please!"
Harleen then runs after Xavier, who's running too. Because of that, they leave the cell door open, the which The Joker is in.
The Joker: "Jackpot!"
The Joker takes out a hidden homemade knife he had all along and wonders out the cell. The Joker, walking through the asylum halls when he spots a female security guard, then he sneaks up behind her and stabs her in the neck, he laughs, the stab then kills her. The Joker proceeds to take the female security guard's stun baton.

Meanwhile with Harleen, she chases Xavier until she finally catches up to him, she holds him from his arm.
Harleen: "How much money do you want?!"
Xavier takes a moment and studies Harleen, he checks her out up and down and looks at her and leans closer to her.
Xavier: "Oh you know what I want"
Xavier's hands started to make their way up Harleen's legs, but before he can get his hands on her, she quickly backs away.
Harleen: "No! Fuck you! Not that!"
Xavier strongly grabs Harleen from the arm, which hurts her.
Xavier: "I wasn't asking, I'm sure you'll end up loving it"
Harleen: *moving around and slapping Xavier* "Get away from me bastard!"
Due to all the struggling, Xavier angrily slaps Harleen across the face, the which knocks her out making her fall to the floor on her back.
Xavier: *unbuckling his belt* "Told you you were going to be mine"
Then all of a sudden Xavier hears...
"Hello weirdo"
Xavier turns around only to see The Joker. The Joker quickly stuns Xavier in the chest with the stun baton which makes him scream. In a rare case, Xavier goes into cardiac arrest and dies after being shocked in the chest with the stun baton with such force. The Joker got his revenge, plus Xavier was trying to rape Harleen and The Joker hates rapists, so he had what he had to do. Xavier drops on the floor dead, his eyeballs turned red due to the blood and smoke starts to come out of his ears, nostrils, mouth, etc. It might be because of the shocks that he received maybe cooked his body from the inside.
The Joker: "Tickles doesn't it? HA! HA! HA! HA! I told you...you were so screwed"
The Joker sees Harleen on the floor and walks away.
The Joker: *walking away* "Good night Harley"
But all of a sudden, Harleen wakes up and is on her knees.
Harleen: "Mr. J!"
The Joker rolls his eyes with an annoyed expression and turns around. Harleen stands up and runs to The Joker where the both of them embrace in a kiss. The Joker hearing some of the Arkham guards coming, pushes Harleen to the floor and runs away as the security guards and staff chase him, they didn't see the kiss, they just saw The Joker pushing Harley.
