The thing Viktor was afraid came true, Y/n came back to Moscow with his brother, right after he got allowed to go home from the hospital. The team threw a party for Y/n before he left. That cheered him up a bit, but ever since that accident he didn't really smile. Viktor was sad with that, but he predicted it may happen. At least they called each other every day.

-How are the practices? – asked Y/n.

-I finished working on the second part of the love motive. It's called Eros, about the physical love. – smiled Victor.

-So it's basically about sex. – chuckled Y/n, eating piroshky.

-Stop teasing me. – Victor chuckled as well. – I wish you could see it.

Y/n hummed before Yuri ran in the house and started yelling with a smile on his face. Y/n closed his eyes and rubbed his temple in annoyance.

-I was asked to move to Petersburg to be trained by Yakov Feltsman! – he yelled making Y/n's eyes go wide. – We are moving to Petersburg!

-Viktor are you still there? – Y/n grinned in excitement.

-Yeah, what happened in there?

-I'll be moving to Sankt Petersburg, Yuri will train with you.

-Oh my god. – sighed Viktor at the perspective of practicing with the loud blondie, before something else came in his mind. – Wait, does that mean you'll be moving?

-Yep.

After the call the Plisetsky family started packing up, since Yuri was supposed to start training with Yakov as soon as possible. In the matter of a week they had to rent a flat prepare for the travel with all of their most important belongings. Y/n took it upon himself to make sure their car was ready for that "trip".

-What do you think? – asked Y/n as he started the engine.

-Last time it ran so stably was when I bought it. – answered his grandpa. – Good job.

-I had a lot of time to practice. – he said and turned the engine off.

-Are you okay? – asked the old Plisetsky.

-Yeah, I dealt with my past. I'm okay. – smiled Y/n. – Yuri is the most important here now.

On the next day they put the suitcases in their car and locked up the house. They decided to keep it, after all the boys grew up there. For the first part of the travel their grandpa was driving, then it was Y/n's turn. Few days earlier he received his driving license, so he could take the wheel, while his grandpa was resting. In the evening they finally got to Sankt Petersburg. Y/n drove around the city few times before he found the right address. Then he turned the engine off and woke his family up.

-We're here. – he said and got out of the old Lada.

He opened the trunk and took the suitcases out. Yuri took two heavy suitcases and his cat, Potya the cat Y/n got him, while their grandpa took the lighter ones. Y/n took the last two and carried them in the new flat. They picked their bedrooms and unpacked quickly. That was the last activity they were able to do on that day. After all they spent around ten hours in the car, it was normal they were tired. They went to sleep, ending their hard day.

On the next day Y/n went to the store to get food for breakfast, as his grandpa and Yuri were sleeping. He figured out he needed the ingredients for piroshky and some snacks. He was walking around the supermarket getting all the stuff he needed.

-Grandpa will probably want to cook a soup. – he muttered and got some meat. – That should do the trick.

He paid up and carried all the stuff in the car, then got back home. His family was already up when he reached the house. Their grandpa looked through the groceries and nodded once he saw his grandson thought about everything. Yuri unpacked the bags while Y/n helped their grandpa in cooking. Y/n planned on calling Viktor later, but he restrained himself from doing that. On the next day Yuri had practice, so he might as well tag along and see his old teammates and the figure skaters. He smiled at the thought of seeing that one particular person.

-No doubt tomorrow will be fun. – he thought and focused on the cooking.
