"Fine. But I've done this at least a million times, I'm pretty sure that I'm capable of writing and walking down the stairs at the sa-" She started to say but she went rolling down the stairs.
I couldn't hold in my laughter so after a few seconds of trying, I let loose. When she got all the way to the carpet-covered first floor, she sprang up denying her ever falling down. It was a whole grand speech defending herself. Grace even claimed that she was gracefully waltzing down the steps.
"Whatever, let's go to the mall now and I'll get a coffee at Starbucks on the way there. I see that your 'waltzing down the stairs' bit has woken you up," I said finishing the conversation.
Out of no where Brooklyn popped out and exclaimed, " That we shall do, if that is what shant want!" Grace and I gave her a confused stare for a moment.
"Whatever, let's just go already," she stated.
