It's a stop-motion short story titled "Wicked Woods"
Here's the official synopsis below:
"'Wicked Woods: A Descendants Halloween Story' This stop-motion animated short will feature Descendants dolls — Mal, Evie, Carlos, Jay, Uma and Audrey, voiced by Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, Booboo Stewart, China Anne McClain and Sarah Jeffery, respectively — as they have a surprise encounter with the infamous Headless Horseman."
