2 months passed by quickly since I arrive at Shikon High and my feelings for Sesshomaru simply turn from a crush to something even more. But I haven't confess to him. 

"Mizumi-chan! Have you heard?!" Kagome ask. 

"Heard what?" I ask. 

"The annual Shikon Festival is coming up" says Sango. 

"Oh, I've heard chatters about it for the past few hours. What's the Shikon Festival about?" I ask. 

"It's an event held every year here at Shikon High. There are various event, it's basically like a carnival where there are games, food, cosplay and a play is usually held as well" Miroku explains. 

"Every year there is 3 plays, a play per level. Our cohort for Freshmen last year played 'The Little Mermaid' and boy it was hilarious!" says Inuyasha. 

"How hilarious I wonder? Did your class did the play?" I ask and they shook their head. 

"It was the S class that did the play but a boy played as Princess Ariel and another boy played as the Prince!" says Shippo while laughing. 

"Oh my" I giggled while imagining it. 

"This year, I heard that the play for our cohort is called 'Sleeping Beauty' and again, it will be decided by Amida Drawing" says Inuyashin. 

"I heard that Kikyo's class is in charge of games this year and they are planning on doing a Virtual Reality system or something" says Inuyasha. 

"Yeah, then go have fun with Kikyo then" says Kagome and she walks away. 

"What? O-Oi Kagome!" Inuyasha chases after her which made me confuse. 

"Who's Kikyo?" I ask. 

"Kikyo Miko from the S class, the class that did 'The Little Mermaid' last year. She and Kagome are distant cousin and both of them like my reckless twin" says Inuyashin. 

"Kikyo and Kagome aren't really on good terms since they both like Inuyasha" says Shippo. 

"Then who does Inuyasha like more?" I ask. 

"That's the whole problem. Inuyasha likes the both of them!" says Sango and my eyes widen. 

"He can't choose both!" I exclaimed. 

"You forgot one more point, Kikyo was Inuyasha's first crush but they had a huge argument which lead to a break up but Inuyasha still likes Kikyo" says Miroku. 

"Geez, this is totally messed up" I mumbled.

"Everyone! Settle down so I can brief you about the upcoming Shikon Festival!" Our teacher, Miss Kaho Mizuki entered. 

(A/N: The character from Cardcaptor Sakura and the play idea is from that anime as well)

"As you all know, your class has been selected for the cohort's play this year.  The play is called 'Sleeping Beauty', about a princess who touches the pinwheel on her 16th birthday and falls into eternal sleep. 

The only thing that could wake up the Princess is a kiss from a noble prince and then they both end up happily ever after and all that. We shall decide the role by amida drawing" says Mizuki-sensei. 

Mizuki-sensei put up a big piece of paper on the board and spread it out. Wow, there sure are quite a number of roles. 

"Alright everyone, each row of student, come up with a pen to write down your names" says Mizuki-sensei and we did as follow.

After some time, we were back at our seats and Mizuki-sensei revealed the roles. The Princess and Prince role were right in the middle and as we followed Mizuki-sensei's fingers, the class gasp and looked behind. 

"The Princess and Prince have been decided!" Mizuki-sensei exclaims with a smile. 

Mizuki-sensei moved away for the students at the back seat to see the result and my eyes widen with shock. The Princess is me and the Prince... is Sesshomaru.
