Another year passed by and I'm now a Year 3 High School girl. Sesshomaru and I are doing well even though Naraku still attempts to make moves on me.

Right now, it's the time of our examination and we have three months left before graduating from Shikon High.

"Can I ask y'all something?" Kagome ask.

"Anything Kagome-san!" I said.

"What University do y'all want to go next year?" She ask.

"Well, I've already applied into a Culinary Arts School in Tokyo but I doubt I'll be accepted" says Sango.

"I'm sure you'll get in fine Sango-san!" I encouraged and she made a small fine.

"I'm planning on going to a Religious School and that is opposite the one Sango applied" says Miroku.

"Oi Miroku, confess to her already" I hear Inuyasha whispering.

"Soon" I hear Miroku says and I smiled at Sango.

"What about you Inuyasha and Inuyashin?" Kagome ask.

"I decided to gi by the escalator system. As long as I get into a University it's fine with me" says Inuyasha.

"Inuyashin, you too?" I ask.

"I'm definitely not following my twin to hell. I just got a letter from a University in England so I'll probably be going there" days Inuyashin.

"Hehh, then what about you Kagome-san?" I ask.

"I also decided to go by the escalator system. It's definitely safer" says Kagome.

"Then, what about you Mizumi-chan?" Sango ask.

"Honestly, I haven't decide on anything yet. I don't know what my plans are" I said.

"Then you better hurry. You have a week left before the Senseis ask for it" says Miroku.

"I hope I can think of what to do soon" I said.

The school bell rang, indicating that school is over. After packing my things, I wabe goodbye to my friends and was on my way home.

Upon reaching home, I find my brother is not at home. I went to the kitchen and found a post-it note on the fridge from my brother.

'Mizumi, I won't be home for the next few days. I'm staying at the school dorm -Haruto'

I shrug and did some house chores. When I was finally done with everything, I layed down on my bed and was about to sleep when my phone rang.

I glance over to see Sesshomaru's name. I immediately sat up and adjusted myself before answering the call.

"Moshimoshi?"

"I'm not disturbing you am I?"

"Nope, what's up?"

"Do you have time now?"

"Well yeah"

"Let's meet up at the park in 30 minutes"

"Sure thing, see you and... I love you"

"I love you too"

I grinned after hanging up. I then began taking a quick shower and trying to match some outfits. When I was done, I made my way to the park. At the park, I see Sesshomaru already there and I made a run for it.

"Gomen, was I late?" I ask while catching my breath.

"You're early. Let's walk around" says Sesshomaru and I nodded.

We walk around the park and eventually we decided to sit down at a random bench.

"I can't believe we're graduating soon" I suddenly said.

"Yeah..."

"Sesshomaru... What's your plan after graduation?" I ask.

"What about you?" He ask.

"Hey, I ask you first!" He chuckled and I smiled.

"Alright, I'll tell you. I actually got accepted into a University in America" My smile suddenly drop.

"I see. So you and Inuyashin are going aboard... I haven't got any idea about my plans yet" I said.

"Look at me Mizumi"

I look up to be met with a kiss from Sesshomaru and I blushed.

"I'm planning to decline the offer and stay here" My eyes widen.

"Ehh? But why? It's an opportunity though!" I ask.

"What's the point if you're not there by my side?" He ask.

"Sesshomaru... You should go for it. It's a rare opportunity you know" I encouraged.

"But what about you?" He ask.

"If you're worried about me, I could go via the escalator system. Kagome-san and Inuyasha-san are doing that too. I won't be alone but I will still miss you" I said.

"Are you sure about this Mizumi? It's going to be 4 long years without seeing you" He says.

"We can always text and video call each other. I know I'll miss you a lot but it's definitely an opportunity to go aboard" I said.

Sesshomaru remain silent but gave me a hug shortly with a sigh as he strokes my hair.

"I'll be missing you the most. I guess I'll ask that brother of mine to take care of you when I'm absent" says Sesshomaru.

"Kagome-san will be with me. Unless we're in a different University" I said.

"Don't say that. I just hope you can be with someone familiar when I'm gone" He says.

"Promise me one thing" I said softly.

"Anything"

"Whatever happens to us within the next 4 years, we must trust each other... I don't want us to break up" I said softly while burying my head into his chest.

"I promise Mizumi"
