I open my eyes to be met with the white ceiling and I was feeling a little better. I slowly sit up and look around my surrounding.

"Infirmary?" I mumbled.

"You're awake" I turn to see Inuyashin.

"I-Inuyashin-san, you were here?" I ask.

"Yeah, do you remember what happened to you?" He ask.

"I remember saying I wanted to go to the washroom but after that no" I said.

"You fainted and the nurse said it was because of your weather and the current weather. She says you shouldn't push yourself" says Inuyashin.

"Oh... I had to come today. Totosai-sensei said he wanted to review about the pair project. I didn't want to burden Sesshomaru-san" I said.

"Speaking of my older brother, what is your relation with him?" Inuyashin question which made me confused.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"The moment you fainted, Sesshomaru-niisama carried you and made a dash for the infirmary. All of us were shock at his behaviour.

I mean, knowing that coldhearted older brother of mine, he wouldn't go through so much trouble. Especially for a girl" Inuyashin explains.

"I see... I appreciate his help" I said softly while blushing.

"You... Don't tell me you like my older brother?" Inuyashin ask and my eyes widen.

"W-What makes you think that? I've only known him for two weeks! Barelt a month!" I suddenly became flustered and Inuyashin chuckled.

"Denial is always the first step to liking someone" He says calmly and I pouted.

"Where are Kagome-san and the others?" I ask.

"They're at class" He says.

"Then why are you here Inuyashin-san? Shouldn't you be at class as well?" I ask.

"Drop the honorifics. Adding the '-san' behind my name, you're too polite I realized" He says.

"I-Is it bad to be polite?" I ask softly.

"Don't be too kind. People will take advantage of that" says Inuyashin and he began to leave.

"Wait Inuyashin, where are you going?" I ask.

"Telling the others that you're awake. Meanwhile, you need to rest" says Inuyashin before leaving, not even turning back.

"Inuyashin... You are similar to Sesshomaru in some way but opposite of your twin" I mumbled and lied back down with a sigh.

I got up after a minute or so since I couldn't sleep anymore. I then grab my phone and check my social media when someone entered. And it turn out to be Sesshomaru.

"S-Sesshomaru-san?" I ask.

Sesshomaru sat down by the bed and his hand made contact with my forehead which made me gasp and blushed.

"S-Sesshomaru-san—"

"Seems like your fever has gone down" He says.

"H-Hai, I've gotten some rest earlier" I said.

"That's why I told you to stay in the infirmary earlier" He says and I look down at the bed.

"G-Gomen Sesshomaru-san but I didn't want to be a burden. I had forced myself to come today" I said.

"Burden?"

"Totosai-sensei wanted to review the pair project and I didn't want to bring you down" I said softly.

"So I've heard" He says and I made a confused look.

"Inuyashin told me when we cross pathed" He says.

"Sesshomaru-san... Kagome-san told me before, you and your younger brothers aren't on good term. Why is that?" I ask.

Sesshomaru remain silent and I suddenly feel bad for asking. It's probably personal family matters.

"G-Gomen, I shouldn't pry into your personal matters" I said.

"Why do you wish to know about our relationship?" He ask.

"I-I uhh... J-Just curious I guess" I stuttered and I gasp when he was suddenly really close to me.

A little to close! I can't stop my heart from beating and blushing. Why is Sesshomaru leaning so close to me?! >///<

"Why...?" He ask and I was lost for a moment.

"I... Want to get to know Sesshomaru-san more..." I said softly. 

"Why?" He ask again and I couldn't stop my feelings. 

Maybe Inuyashin was right. Maybe I do like Sesshomaru. 

"I li-"

"Mizumi-chan!" 

I gasp and I moved away from Sesshomaru and he did the same but his expression remain unchanged. But my heart was definitely beating fast and my face feels hot. 

"Mizumi-chan! Inuyashin said you were awake" says Kagome. 

"K-Kagome-san! Everyone!" 

"What the- Sesshomaru was here too?" Inuyasha ask with annoyance. 

Sesshomaru simply said nothing and left the room and I watch him till his figure disappeared. I guess... I do like Sesshomaru.
