19 | You Were Right

Once I made it home I put the baby to sleep and crashed in me and Roger's bed. Right as I was about to fall asleep Felix started to cry from his room. "Why do you have to be so annoying!" I cry walking over to him picking him up. "Mommy is going through a lot right now because of daddy." I cry rocking him back to my room. "Mommy doesn't know how much she can take." I look down at him and he's asleep again. I lay Felix next to me and fall asleep.

The next morning I wake up and was shocked the Felix slept through the whole night. I reach for the phone and call Mary up. "Hello?" Mary answers the phone. "Mary, I was wondering... Can I stay with you for awhile? I came back home last night. I- I just can't anymore." I start to cry and Mary tells me she's on her way.

When Mary shows up I break down in her arms. "What happened dear?" She pulls me over to the sofa. "I told Roger that during the next break on tour I was going to stay home instead of going back on tour. He doesn't understand that I'm stressed on tour trying to do my old job and taking care of a baby. Then me also worrying about him when I decide to head to the hotel early while he drinks. When I told him what I wanted... all he responded with was he needs me on tour. I told him for what to make sure he doesn't cheat on me? I told him it's pathetic that I have to be there for him not to fuck up again." I cry into my hands as Fellow starts to cry upstairs. "I'll go get him." She leaves and comes back with him.

"Alice, of course you and Felix can come stay with me for as long as you need too." She hugs me and says she will watch him while I go pack.

Today the boys are back home for their five month break, and since I've been home I've been stay with Mary. I would also get with Veronica and Chrissie from time to time to hangout. They promised me that whenever the guys asked about where was I they lied and said they don't know. At the moment I was at Veronica's with her and Chrissie. "Aunt Alice, can I feed Felix?" Robert asks walking up to me holding his hands together. "Yes, you can. He hasn't had lunch yet." I smile handing Robert Felix's snacks. "What are you gong to do when they come home? Are you going to talk to him?" Chrissie asks rubbing her belly. "Still debating. I mean I sorta have too... I'm still married to him and I have a child with him." I look over at Robert feeding Felix.

"True, Alice if he does mess up again... are you going to get a divorce?" Veronica asks with a sad face. "I sure will. I'm not going to put myself in a relationship where my partner thinks it's okay to cheat on me while we have a baby." I say and they agree nodding there heads. "Alice?" I hear Brian's voice from behind me. "Shit... Hey Bri." I turn around giving him a small smile. "You ladies lied to us..." Brian looks as his wife and Veronica. "I should get going." I stand up and Robert passes Felix to me. "Alice darling, Wait." Brian catches my hand stopping me.

"What?" I ask just wanting to get back to Mary's. "Roger is a mess. He had no energy during shows and when it was over he locked himself in his hotel room." Brian cups one of my cheeks in his hand. "Bri..." I pout not really wanting to go home yet. "Go home and talk to him." He kisses the top of my head. "Ugh Fine. You know I hate you right? Chrissie, I hate your husband he's always been so bossy with me growing up." I say leaving making her laugh.

I take a deep breath in before I unlock the door walking in. The first thing I see was Roger laying face down on the sofa. "Bri, didn't I tell you I wanted to be alone. Go home to your wife and kids that love you compared to me." He mumbles into the sofa cushion but I still understand him. "Your wife loves you too, Rog." I giggle letting Felix down to crawl around. "ALICE!" He jumps up running over to me almost tripping over the baby. "Careful, Your son!" I shout as he pulls me into his chest. "I thought I lost you. You disappeared and wanted nothing to do with me. You weren't home when I called... You weren't at your mum's, and the girls didn't know where you were." He rambles on and I shake my head, "Rog, they all knew where I was. I told them not to tell any of you guys. I need some time to myself." I pull myself out of the hug.

"I completely understand and I'm not mad at you for doing that. It made me realize how important you and Felix are too me, and that I don't need you on tour. You're right it's pathetic for me saying you have to be there so I don't cheat on you. Deep down I know I won't because I'm happy with what I have... I have a beautiful wife I've always loved and a handsome baby boy." He takes my hands pulling me into a kiss. "I'm sorry, Rog. I love you." I kiss him and Felix starts to giggle, "Dada!"

"I find it quite unfair that Chrissie has to have a baby on Felix's first birthday. Now we can't celebrate because we have to go to the hospital." Roger says grabbing Felix's nappy bag as I put him in his carrier. "Quit your whining and just get the keys." I shout at him walking out of the house with him following.

When we get to the hospital Brian tells me that there are still waiting till it was time. "Also Chrissie wants you to be in there with her." He smiles at me and I smile, "Roger, I gotta go. Chrissie wants me in there with her." I kiss him and the baby before walking off with Brian. We walk into her room and she smiles when she sees me. "You're here!" She gets louder and I guess the contractions. "Yes, I'm here. Roger was taking his time because he's mad that you have to have a baby if Felix first birthday." I laugh going to hold her hand. "Not my fault she's ready to come out." She laughs as Brian leaves the room.

After all the shouting and pushing, Chrissie finally got little Louisa out. "She's so beautiful, Chrissie. Man, I wish I had a little girl." I laugh as Chrissie lets me hold the baby. "You still go time to try for a girl." She says as I look at Louisa. "I'm fine with Felix right now cause he's only one. I want to wait a while." I hand her back her baby and I go get the others so they can meet her. "Brian, Do you want go meet your little girl?" I smile putting my hand out for him.
