The Grand Magic Game

I wake up and and notice that I'm in a carriage. I rub my eyes and look around and see Gray, Juvia,Wendy, Erza, Lucy, Levi, Happy, and Carla all taking to one another as Natsu sits on a seat across from me looking motion sick ( no surprise there ). I try to think back at how I got on the carriage I don't remember anything for a secant but it all hits me suddenly. Last night! What was that! I had a tail this time! Maybe it's like Mira and Elfmans magic? Maybe death magic gives me like a split personality. I DONT KNOW?! I sigh rubbing my temples as my head starts to hurt. I was over things this, Magic is wired there could be a million different reasons why that happened. I get up and walk over to the others they all stop taking as I sit down next to Erza and they stair at me. "What?" I ask already knowing what they were going to ask "What was that last night!" Says Gray bursting out I stair at him shocked Gray never yelled at me. In a instant he seams to wish he could take the words back. "Midnight....." Gray says as I probably look like I'm about to cry. I hold out a hand "It's ok I don't take in personally. Last night was......." I struggle to find a good word. "Different, I honestly I don't know what happened last night either." I groan as I think about how Master Makarov will react when I'm forced to tell him. Erza was already lecturing me on why I should tell him "He needs to no so......" She says but is cut off as the carriage jolts to a stop. "We're here!" Says Natsu as he comes back from the dead. I look out side the carriage and see Fairy Tail's guild hall standing in front of us. We all piled out knowing that we'll have to continue this conversation a other time. As well all walk out and the other teams who left to train appear as well Master Makarov behind then he looks over all of us and I could tell by the way he look worriedly at me he didn't see any improvement with me. I make my wings pop out and my new tail pops out as well I make black flames surround me and I hiss at everyone. They look at me shocked at my sudden out burst every one jumped back or was giving me a scared look except for Master who smiled and nodes his head in approval. I smile back and turn into my normal self. and we walk into the guild hall. We all stand around Masters usual sitting place on top of the bar table as Master Makarov open his mouth to speak " Alright, I am going to announce who will participate in the Grand Magic Games as our representative." He says eyeing us all as he makes last calls on who should go nodding his head toward everyone. I can't help but smile as Master winks at me as well. I almost I was almost positive he would chose me! "The five representatives are Nastus!" He smiles and shout "I'm all fried up!", "Gray, Erza!", Two more people left ones git to be me! "Wendy and Julia!" Finishes Master Wendy shrikes in surprise and runs up to Master "Cant you have Laxus or Gejeel!" she protest Master shakes his head ending the conversation "I'll do my best then!" Wendy says and runs off. unlike Wendy Julia as smiling as she say "BITCH, I GOT THIS!" And was flipping her hair over her shoulder sassily. I frowned and held back some tears after all that training I didn't make it? More then Half the people chosen had trained for only five days I trained for weeks, mouths! I watch as everybody celebrates. I feel a hand land on my should I look to see Masters hand and I smile up at him pretending not to be totally crushed I would get over this in a few days and be fine. "I'm sorry I couldn't chose you but your magic is to dangerous to be put in the Grand Magic Games." I freeze was he saying he would have put me in if my magic wasn't death magic! I felt my sorrow go away. That was a huge compliment! He smiles at me one more time and then walked away leaving me to feel amazing as I think over and over "I'm strong enough to enter!"

Me, Gray, Erza, Natsu, Wendy and Happy all stand in the middle of town square. "So you finally made it!" Says Master as he appears with a few members from Fairy Tail with him."Master!" I say happily as I see him "I took care of all your entry paperwork. You better show me the power of Fairy Tail!" He says as he sends me a smile. "Hey! Fairy Tail, he says!" Says a short brown haired man wearing a tan T-shirt and a green and white jacket over it with matching black pants. "Those chumps? The perennial last place losers?!" Says someone in the crowd as they join in on the insults. "I'm sure you'll be in last place again this year, too!" Says the man in the green jacket."And Sabertoth is sure to win it!" Says the man in the crowd. Sabertoth, Romeo had told me about that they were the number one guild in Fiore and won the games every year. People in the crowd start to laugh at us. I quickly get upset I flash my wings and tail which I notices started to sway back an fort agitatedly I have flames surrounded me and I give every body in the crowd a death stair and I feel a new trait happen black claws grow on my hands I hiss at the crowd and they cower in fear I feel Erza pull me back and shove me behind her. Hiding me from the growing crowd. I get tired of being starred at and put my claws and flames away. I leave my wings and as I look more closely what seams to be a black Devils tail out. Not planning on letting insults slip past me the crowd quickly disappeared. Master gives me a look that says "Next time make it more flashy!!!" I can't help but smile and give him a thumbs up of understanding "Well the games starts tomorrow but unfortunately I don't now what it is. Erza!" He says Erza turns toward him as he walks over "Read the official rule book by tomorrow." He drops a thick book into her hands. " But this....." She begins trying to explain she couldn't possibly read that thick a book in a day. "Leave it to me! I've got my Windread Glasses!" Says Levi as she asks for the book Erza hands it over. Levi puts on the red glasses and scrambles of letters and numbers fly out of the book into the glasses the pages flipping unbelievably fast. He nodes her head and looks up at us "To put it in a nutshell, I'd say there are three importand things. First is that a guild Master can't participate. Anyone who doesn't have the guild emblem is counted as a spectator and may not participate. And to Maintain secrecy, the rules for each event won't be revealed until right before the event starts." Levi explains "Not much info about fighting is there?" I say surprised it didn't say "no killing" or "Any lives lost will be held responsible to the guilds that caused it." or even "JUST DONT KILL SOMEONE THATS JUST MORE PAPER WORK FOR US!" just something to tell us death wasn't a possibility. "Wait there is a warning at the end! It says that all the participants have to be back at their designated inn by midnight." I smirk at the last word what a coincidence. "Midnight?" says Erza not understanding why it was so important to put in the rule book. "Back by midnight....... it's like that story, the princess with the glass slippers." Says Gray as he start to think about it as well. "You mean Cinderella?" I correct him. He waves the my word away and continues to think. Thanks Gray. "If it's not till midnight we have plenty of time. It's not every day you get a chance to visit a town this big! Lets go exploring!" Natsu says looking around wildly for the first thing to go explorer. "Yea!" I say agreeing with him we both start running ahead racing watch other playfully. "Aye Sir!" Happy says as he flys after us. "Let's go!" Shouts Lucy as she runs behind me and Natsu. "Hey do you even know the inn we're staying at?!" Shouts Erza as we get farther and farther away. "Honeybone right?" Calls Lucy as she gains ground on me and Natsu. "Just make sure you're back by midnight! Got it!?" Erza yells getting a few stares from passing people. "Aye!" Happy cries as we turn a corner.
