My Sexy Neighbor Gerard Way and Frank Iero (Frerard)

Gerard's P.O.V
I was in my room listening to Green Day Wake me up when September ends. I love that song and it was September, I was thinking about the lyrics and singing then I heard a noise  outside I went to my window to see what that noise was it was a  Uhaul truck someone was moving to the house next door, I was looking at the house then someone knocked on the door of my room I went to open it and it was my mom, she excitedly said
Donna: "We have new neighbors, we're going to visit them come on Mikey is already down stairs"
I didn't wanted to go but I had to, I went downstairs and my mom and Mikey were there, we went to the house next door My mom knocked on the door and a women probably the age my mom opened the door,
Donna: "Hello welcome to our neighborhood I hope you feel comfortable here. This are my son's Mikey and Gerard" said my mom pointing at Mikey then at me.
Linda: "Hello nice to meet you, I'm Linda Iero" she said shaking my mom's hands then Mikey's then mine.
Linda: "oh how rude I am, please come inside" she said moving aside so that we can go inside. We went inside it was a nice house.
Linda: "I want you to meet my son"
Said Mrs. Iero closing the door
Linda: "Frank, get over here" She screamed. Then we heard someone coming downstairs, a boy appear, when I saw him I kinda fell in love with him he was perfect black emo hair, eyeliner like me, and a lip piercing. I couldn't stop starring at him, he looked at me and smiled, his smile was cute, he is cute and adorable.
Donna: "I present you my son Frank" she said holding her son by the shoulders 
Frank: "Nice to meet you " he said shaking hands with my mom then with Mikey, then he got in front of me and stretch his hand I stretched my and we shook hands, I felt something special when our hands touched each other, now that we were close I had a better view of his eyes, they were beautiful.
Linda: " Frank why don't you show your room to the boys ?"
Frank: "Sure, follow me" he told us, Mikey and I followed Frank, we got to Frank's room and Mikey asked to use the bathroom, Frank told him where to go, Mikey went out, Frank and I were alone that made me kind of nervous so I started looking around the room he had band posters on the walls then I saw a Green Day poster I got excited so I asked him
Gee: "do You like Green Day?"
Frank: "Yes, I love green day!" He said kind of excited,  Frank was in front of me he was close I felt something special happening he was getting close and I was too, we were really close something was about to happen but then the door open and Frank and I got far from each other, Mikey was looking at us confused from the door frame, I was really nervous then Frank but some music on, it was green day then Mrs. Iero called us we all went downstairs, when we got downstairs my mom was talking and laughing with Mrs. Iero I think they become good friends.
Donna: "Linda invite us to eat here, so go to the table" we all went to the table I sat across Frank we started eating, sometimes I looked at Frank & sometimes Frank looked at me (time skip) When we finished eating it was time to leave, Mikey and my mom said bye to Mrs. Iero and to Frank, Then I sad bye to Mrs. Iero then I smiled at Frank and said good bye  he said bye waving his hand, I went inside my house and ran upstairs and went inside my room I put some music on and started thinking about Frank his beautiful eyes, his cute smile, I started remembering when I was in Frank's room when he was close to me, I blushed when I think of him I know it's weird because I knew him today, but I think I'm kinda falling in love with him...
